My order took tooling to get here. Also the packaging was too hard to open. The pull tab broke off after about an inch. How about a sturdy, recyclable plastic instead like other book sites use?

Do not be scared about the term "bargain books"! It's just a really great way of getting popular books for a cheaper price! Books arrived basically in mint condition.
