I kept putting in my card info and your site kept giving me error messages after six tries it finally seemed to work. I actually thought about just forgetting it, if i had even thought that ordering would turn into such an ordeal I would not have bothered!

Its so fun to browse the site and look al all kinds of books. I was able to find some interesting reds for not only myself but for my kids(2-11). The hardest part was having to wait for shipping and even that wasnt bad. Took about a week.

My experience with Book Outlet was the worst that I've had with any company. It was two weeks before they even transported the book to the post office, book still hasn't arrived at destination four weeks after initial order, it took their complaint department four days to reply to my first complaint, I'm still waiting for their reply to my second complaint and request for money back. I wish I'd looked at this site before and benefited from other people's equally bad experience. They're either dishonest or incompetent; how hard is it to ship a book?

This was my first time ordering from Book Outlet and I am so impressed! Processing time was definitely not Amazon's prime - but for the price of books it was 110% worth the wait. All my books came well packaged, none were damaged, mix of hardcover and paperback (don't think it tells you before hand what format, but I could be wrong). I would highly recommend and will be ordering again!

I about the book outlet orders with multiple books. In each box there were books that were damaged, where the pages are bunched up, the spine is bent on hard covers and my latest package came with a hardcover book with the pages scrunched up, and the dust jacket is cut up. I am not paying for the return since the book was about $6, but I am disappointed to see the books handled and delivered this way. I will not be purchasing through book outlet any longer.

The prices just can't be beat! I shopped the same stuff at other spots and even with the holiday deals going this was by far the best price around. The delivery app is suspect and the box the box came in looked like they had survived a horrific accident but the books were fine.

I usually am not very happy with the state the books arrive in when I order from Book Outlet, but this time around all my books arrived in good condition. One paperback was a little bent but not terribly. Whoever packed my box seemed to do it with care and I really appreciate that.

The books look great, but the box apparently fell apart during shipping. It's some kind of miracle that no books were missing. Box was only held together with lots of packing tape. Your new boxes suck.

Book arrived in perfect new condition/ in wonderful, recyclable packaging.
An excellent value.
I would use Book Outlet again without hesitation and would highly recommend it for cost savings on brand new books at super values.

I've now ordered from Book Outlet two times now, and I have to say, I'm impressed. I'm able to get a great deal by purchasing minimally damaged or overstocked books. I love it! I recently placed my third order which included Christmas gifts for friends and family. I will continue to shop here for a long time.

The boxes you use for shipping do not hold up well. I often receive boxes that range from partially open to completely obliterated and then taped back together by the postal service before delivery. The "tear here" strip down the center of the box rarely works. I love the products, just not the packaging.

Boxes have not been packed well. I've purchased from book outlet many time and each time my books have arrived in a broken box. This time/order specifically USPS told me they hoped everything was in there because the box was just broken wide open.

All went very smoothly... from the ordering process through the delivery. It was packaged very well. I am not able to look inside the books because they are enclosed together in wrap and I will be giving them as a gift to a 6 y/o little girl. But from the cover that I can see of the first book and the description on the website I am sure she will be happy with them. Than you.

Would have loved the books I received but the shipper put them in a much bigger box, didn't wrap or secure anything and all three books were either bent and crinkled ( paperback) or the the corners torn and bent ( hardbacks), from sliding around in a huge box…One book was a gift, or supposed to be, your company is only as good as the person responsible for getting the product to you in good condition. I order many "used" books that arrive looking far better than the three I received from your company. Won't be ordering from this company again. First and last time. The person who boxed this order had to know how ridiculous it was and didn't care…

I was having difficulty finding a specific book and finally came across Book Outlet during my search. Not only did they have it…. The price was perfect and the delivery was fast. Excellent service. I'll be purchasing from them again.

Books always in perfect condition. Order info available from the moment it's placed to the moment delivered. Great care taken in packing. Prices and selection are seriously unbeatable! Love this company!

I found this site when I was looking for a specific book. I ordered many more, got free shipping (came quickly), and they were all in excellent condition! Can't wait for my grandson to open all of them this Christmas!
