They lied! Their site says you can get a refund within 7 days if your dates are not available, and not only do they not give you a refund, they attempt to upsell you! Now, I need to file a claim with my bank!
I saw a great deal on Facebook and decided to try Booksi. I was a little skeptical but I was surprised that it was so easy and a great deal. Customer service even made a call to me about a week later to see if I had any questions!
