Do not order from this site. I believe it is a fraudulant site. Today, I ordered two pairs of UGG Australia boots because they were half price of the original price (that should've been a clue to me - too good to be true!) Site looks legitimate and I paid by Paypal. I received an email from Paypal showing the payment went to a merchant: "*******@hotmail.com" I never received an email from the website that they had received an order for me. This quickly raised red flags for me b/c I had no idea who that was & it wasn't showing up as a payment to UGG Australia or the website bootsoe.com. I immediately tried to contact the website, they only allow you to sent an email, no phone numbers or address given. On the website, my "account" is showing that the purchase is in "process." I haven't heard anything back from the so-called company or whoever this "*******@hotmail.com is. Thankfully I was able to cancel payment through Paypal. I'm old enough to know that too good to be true usually is, so don't make the mistake I made and order through this website. Thankfully it turned out ok for me since I paid through Paypal and was able to cancel payment.
