“They're way too aggressive for our liking”

Their management style, the way they do the PR compaigns aren't for us. They're way too aggressive for our liking, yet results aren't dramatic like we were promised. We thought we could work things out and meet in the middle, but getting there was terribly stressful! We had to pull out but couldn't get a refund even half the amount.
