UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE (Bill and Lily)... Purchased a Hinkley chandelier from showroom. The chandelier fell after installation from a compromised chain link that gave-way. Three out of six glass covers shattered. When presented this to Bill and Lily, all the said was that it is not their issue. Bill became loud and confrontational because I expected them to pay for the replacement glass. Proceed to tell me to deal with it on my own.
Would never do business with them or recommend them in anyway...

Michael is a complete fraud and liar. Michael purchased a chandelier from us in perfect condition. A few days later he shows up and says when" he was installing the chandelier their was a link of chain that was slightly open which caused the chandelier to fall down". Which caused some of the glass shades to break. We said we would be more than happy to get him the glass shades at our cost. He said no, he shouldn't have to pay for them, that we were responsible for his incompetence. We had nothing to do with the installation of his chandelier, how can he expect us to be responsible? We told him if we wanted to contact the manufacturer directly we would be more than happy to provide him the information so he could,( we already called them in front of him and explained what happened and they would not send out the replacement glass at no charge). He then began to get belligerent and threatening and started to raise his voice and make a scene. Please take into consideration these facts and the truth and form your own conclusions. Customer service is the most important aspect of our business model since we were established in 1935 and we take tremendous pride in it. Thank You.
