To first say it i ordered my item in march third still haven't shipped then they let me know it's on back order a week later. They didn't even let me know that at first then i ask for a cancellation then the next day they want to magically ship it and tell me i need to pay a 25% restocking fee. The crazy thing is I asked to return it before it was even shipped out and now i need to pay for it. Complete screw up and waist of money and horrible customer service couldn't even accommodate me properly. Just completely upset.
Ordered a brace from a manufacturer and they sent a different brand. They wouldn't allow me to return the item. It was unopened unused. If you read their policies they can't guarantee the descriptions so your credit card company will not guarantee the item. The Norton guarantee program is also a fraud as they don't guarantee the product.

If you receive your order and are unhappy with the product for whatever reason, the first thing you find when you go to the site is that they accept no return if the box was opened! In other words, if you order the product (as I did) based on a picture on their website, you have bought the product, because of course you're going to open the box! I won't bore you with details, but I'm out $42.00 for a product I will never use. Cheaply made buckles. No instructions on use.
Stay away from this company.
In my opinion, they should be put out of business.
I got bad advice and I contacted them to send the ankle brace back. They told me that I had to pay the original shipping of 6.79 on a $10.50 brace. When I get the exchange, I would have paid double. This company is dishonest. Won't be buying from them again.

Too bad I didn't read yelp reviews before I ordered from brace planet. All the reviews are 1 star (including this one). Emily, the chat grouch, is the same grouch that answers the phone for customer service only she goes by another name. So right from the start they are deliberately deceitful. Perhaps she is the only one that works there. I ordered a 24 dollar brace and paid 45 dollars for overnight shipping. Never got it and never received a tracking number even though they promised to get back to me with one. Emily, the chat grouch, said it was back ordered and will be shipped today for delivery tomorrow. (three days from after placing the order) I asked to be refunded the overnight shipping but the grouch said NO. "Processing does not reflect shipping". So apparently all their processing issues are the customers' problems and not theirs. Luckily I have copies of all the chat transcripts so I can dispute this issue with American Express. She did tell me to go right ahead and dispute it but if they win the dispute they will charge me 25. What a pathetic company.
BUYER BEWARE
I ordered a wrist brace. Shipping was listed as free. I selected purchase through paypal and signed in - only to discover they added shipping. Even on the receipt, they list Shipping Method: Standard USPS (FREE).
Immediately after purchase, I attempted to resolve the matter through customer service. I then attempted to cancel the order (all within 5 minutes of purchase) but they were unwilling to cancel my order.
The practice is deceptive.

Absolutely TERRIBLE company... They took over a week just to ship out the product which was in stock. They charged me 25$ for international shipping for something that wont even get delivered on time to the international address and by the time they will even receive the package I wont even be here! I called them and the customer service are extremely unhelpful and honestly don't even care the woman hung up the phone on me when demanded to speak with a manager. Once I got a hold of the manager they also wouldn't help and don't even care about their customer reviews. So here it is! I don't want any of you to go through the same problems with this company so please take your business elsewhere you will be much better off!
Ordered two wrist braces on the 1st of February 2017. Never got the braces. Contacted them & they said braces were returned to them because of wrong address (Address was correct). They said they will resend and debited my account $6.92. I waited nothing came. I called & emailed their customer service several times nothing happened. I gave up. Two months later I receive a call from them telling me that they are sending the braces. I told them I no longer need them. Instead of refunding me the whole amount I paid, they withheld what they call is restocking fee. Crooks, avoid doing any business with them. They pass the buck & never acknowledge their fault!
They are the worst company I have ever delt with! The Customer Service Mgr. Matthew is very rude. Make sure you are prepared for them to "steal" your money if the brace does not work for you. *** warning *** Buyer beware!
