Branson Shows

Ordering was easy. However was not aware that we had to go to a visitor center to pick up the tickets. Not very convenient at all and then they try to get you to pay and attend a 2 hour presentation at one of their hotels and they will give you a 2 night stay at one of there choice locations and a $75 American Express gift card. Made me not want to book another show and have to go pick up tickets a d go thru that hassle again. Why can't you just pick them up at the show location. If this is the way all the shows are we are cutting our visit short and heading elsewhere. We are too old to have to go through this nonsense.

Customer Service agent Chelsea was so, so, so, very helpful! I have never experienced someone so willing to go above and beyond to answer every single question and concern I had about ordering tickets!

Super easy booking and priced nicely. Was concerned that the total price quoted was not the final price charged on my credit card. No where did it indicate that the total price did not include the taxes. That should be added to your website.

Easy website found using this website very easy even for somebody that's not used to doing this kind of stuff do not like the fact that I can't print up the tickets or just show the tickets on my phone but you have to show up in person at a different location than where you're going

It's been great! Good was plentiful and good. The shows were also very good! Really loved the Branson Bell Showboat cruise! The singers were very talented and had beautiful voices.

Easy access to all the shows paling in Branson.
Was able to pick dates and times we needed.
Also liked being able to pick set location also.

Dry difficult to manage online. Difficult to plan not knowing the times of performances before booking.

PUTS IT ALL TOGETHER QUICK AND EASY! I HAVE NEVER SET UP A VACATION SO FAST AND EASY. IT TOOK ONLY A MATTER OF MINUTES TO SET UP ALL OF THE SHOWS AND LODGING.
