Quick and efficient booking process. The site displays available shows with performance dates and in some cases, special offerings like "buy one get one free". You can easily use the drop down feature to see availability of the shows during the time of your trip.
I went to the Tickets location to pickup vouchers. Agent was very unprofessional. I wanted my tickets and he kept adding additional requirements. Ultimately my signature wasn't good enough and he wouldn't accept my wife vouching for my identity without her ID. Paraphrase...'why are you traveling without an ID? You're old enough to know better.' That is when we left.
Quick and efficient and also much cheaper than ordering directly from the shows website. I wasn't charged a service or convenience fee which was great. Looking forward to this show very much!
I thought we would get a better discount since we have two seniors but it was worth it. When you can look I. My parents face that was enough for me. We will be back

Easy and quick to order and pay for. Just wish there was an option to print vouchers at home, rather than spending vacation time driving to customer center to pick them up. Reason for a 4 rating.
I used Branson Shows back in December for a trip with my mother. Great experience! Everything was just as we expected. Going back with my husband, mom and dad in June. Can't wait!

The customer service is excellent. We will use our tickets to Sight and Sound in November. Will let you know how satisfied we are with the seats afterwards!
Booking was easy. Did not realize I would have to deal with Wyndham to pick up my tickets. Caught me totally by surprise, and I will not be booking this way again.

The Branson Shows website was easy to maneuver and when I had a question, it was wonderful to be able to call and talk to a "live" person. Their customer service is EXCELLENT! Make sure you order show tickets far in advance of your planned arrival. Many shows sell out quickly. Then when we arrived in Branson a couple months later, it was GREAT to stop by their Welcome Center and they had everything ready for us and a map and explained everything. Again, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Talked to a representative the very next morning and all was fine. Assured me I was not charged twice, and if that had happened it would be credited to me promptly. Very satisfied with experience.
I would like to be able to see the seats we got! And I still haven't received my tickets on my email as promised. I do have a confirmation number, however.
WE WERE THERE SEVERAL YEARS AGO, AND LEFT WITH A "YEAH, SO?' FEELING. LOOKS LIKE A LOTOF GROWTH HAS OCCURED. LOOKING FORWARD TO THE VISIT! BRANSON SHOWS HAS DEVELOPED A GOOD APPROACH FOR THE AREA, AND SEEMS TO BE COMPLETELY THOROUGH IN ITS PRESENTATION... GOOD JOB.
Was led to believe that tickets were offered at a discount only to be hassled about time shares and no discount without a sales tour. I'll find my tickets some other way next time

Very pleasant so far. It was very easy booking my tickets though the website in the none contact way of during business was what I was looking for. So thank you Sight and Sound.
Website was easy to use. Event availability for specific dates and times for future vacation made it very easy to choose our entertainment while in Branson.

I found shows/activities I wanted to enjoy with my family. Added the tickets, and paid for them all in one place, which was very convenient! I was very impressed!
Needed to cancel a few shows and it was easy. I didn't realize there was a hefty cancel fee, but I'm getting a refund certificate to use for a different event while on vacation.
Site was easy to use but it was frustrating that you had to reset your dates every time you went back to find another show

I started to order tickets online and saw no place to put in the $2 off adult admission use code in the Branson Magazine. So I called for help and the operator placed my order by phone.

My Wife, Greta, and I are returning in June to celebrate our 25th anniversary.
Typically when purchasing tickets for sports or concert even, I am able to view seats and select the seat I want. It is unusual to buy tickets and not know what I am buying.
I honestly don't know what I've received. If I got all I was supposed to? I printed everything off so hopefully when I get to Branson someone can help me sort through it all.
