Quick and efficient booking process. The site displays available shows with performance dates and in some cases, special offerings like "buy one get one free". You can easily use the drop down feature to see availability of the shows during the time of your trip.
I went to the Tickets location to pickup vouchers. Agent was very unprofessional. I wanted my tickets and he kept adding additional requirements. Ultimately my signature wasn't good enough and he wouldn't accept my wife vouching for my identity without her ID. Paraphrase...'why are you traveling without an ID? You're old enough to know better.' That is when we left.
Disappointing when i needed to change plans for a boat cruise
Easy booking, discounts were available for both lodging and shows. Not happy about having to find an office and pick up vouchers.
