I went to the Tickets location to pickup vouchers. Agent was very unprofessional. I wanted my tickets and he kept adding additional requirements. Ultimately my signature wasn't good enough and he wouldn't accept my wife vouching for my identity without her ID. Paraphrase...'why are you traveling without an ID? You're old enough to know better.' That is when we left.
Tried to book last night but it was to late so left a message and am glad to get it done this morning. Easy, but I haven't been able to pick our seats, which we would like in the center section close up front to the stage and preferably end row seats,
During the online buying process, I checked the box for email ticket vouchers. When the email didn't come, I called and they said I had to come to their location in Branson to pick up the ticket vouchers. This meant standing in line and then being offered several other event ticket discounts. There wasn't high pressure sales, thankfully.
Very easy to navigate. Seat selection was not as smooth as other services since I could not pick my seat from available options, just a section or "best available." I prefer aisles but did not get that choice.

Because I ordered on a Sunday afternoon the day before the show and didn't receive the voucher instructions until noon of the next day it was a little tight but it was on time. Mandi was our itinerary specialist and I will say she was very nice, not pushy but very informative. Good start to our Branson experience.

Ordered tickets at the last minute. Was sent a confirmation to go to pick up tickets. I walked in and was greeted with a smile. The gentleman informed me he had several other seats that he could put us in if we wanted to. My husband has hearing aides and explained we were fine where we were seated.
Pierce Arrow was greatly entertaining. All the singers were excellent, but I think Cocoa Butter has the best voice and the bald guy is personally plus. We would highly recommend.
The Haywood's are definitely talented. We thoroughly enjoyed this show too.

I was overcharged $65 for tickets that were only $50 each my total bill was $164 for $100 show for two people. I understand the $13 handling fee but gouging consumers in Branson is unspeakable especially seniors. I was never able to find the site to pick up our vouchers and Clay Cooper's ticket office was gracious enough to give me my tickets after confirming that they were paid for already. I was advised in the future to go to directly to the theaters website and purchase tickets there for a more fair and reasonable price without the gouging. So consumers beware I do not recommend just ticket sales office.
As long as there is no snag with getting/using the tickets it'll be awesome. Very disappointed ran into a snag couldn't get there to get the tickets. They had been advertised as buy one get one free, told under forty dollars I ended up not being able to go pick up tickets and was charged $85.75. Will never use this service again nor recommend it to anyone

I purchased tickets but then realized that they were the wrong ones. These tickets were for general admission and I wanted Captains seating. I called back within 20 minutes to cancel and was told that it would be 35% cancellation fee. Even though they had not even sent me an approval yet for the tickets. It said it could be up to 48 hours before I could get the approval. I then realized I was not buying from the actual Branson Belle and it was some other company. Literally 20 minutes and they told me that was their policy. I asked to see it on the website. She told me to look at the very bottom of page at "terms" which doesn't even look like it goes with the website and is very tiny. I would never recommend this company. I feel like they are scammers. I placed this order 6 days before the actual event and when I ordered from the correct place you had 48 hours to cancel and get full refund. Which is what this company should have done.

1. Never explained why both my husband and I had s to sign for the vouchers. What if only I just came to get them, would they not give them to me. And was my signature not good enough?
2. Had the wrong the day for our voucher to Silver Dollar City. I had called prior and spoke to a rep. About the voucher and was told there would be no problem. We could pick our day when we got there. Thankfully everyone we dealt with at the amusement park were friendly.
3.Was given a voucher with only part of a QR code that was not scannable at the park. So we had to go and backtrack to the park service desk and they were kind enough to straighten the matter out.
SUGGESTION: Double check your dates for the events you buy. Be prepared for invasive questions that are non of their business and if you are woman. I highly suggest you bring your husband because lord knows you can't just sign for your purchase on you own!
Your company is a scam. I could have purchased the tickets from the theater for $150.00 less. You claim lowest price guarantee and do not honor it. I tried to cancel 15 minutes after booking and was told I could only get 65% of my money back. I will never use your company again and will use my 1000, 000 subc4iber youtube chanel to share my experience.

I appreciate the special offers. Buy 1 Get 1 free makes it more affordable. The only problem we encountered was when they emailed us our confirmation it didn't make it to my email. They tried twice and I finally gave them another email to use and it went right thru.
When I request to sit with my family, I was contacted by text and email to contact customer service and given the phone no.
I called and was nicely taken care of and they will put us together! I would book with them again. I'm ver happy!

Found out it may be better to buy your tickets when you get to Branson rather than order on line ahead of time. Sometimes people are unable to attend shows because of canceled flights, getting sick, etc. It's a hassle trying to get money refunded.
I will recommend to family and friends not to buy ahead of time!

Thank you for the follow-up information. It would be nice if the actual tickets could be emailed to us rather than us having to go pick them up. Maybe I just missed this option. That said, the website for purchasing tickets was very informative, detailed and easy to navagate.
It was quick. But never saw where seating was going to be. I thought I was booking directly through sight and sound.
It was a royal pain picking up the tickets at the ticket office would've preferred to of had a scan code sent to my phone like we have experienced many other places we have vacationed.
Website is confusing and should show prices up front. I also thought the tickets would be emailed to me and that I would not have to drive the extra mileage and be in Branson early since I am not staying there. It's inconvenient and now I am losing time with the family by having to come early to pick up the tickets in person.

I was able to plan my Branson trip in a matter of minutes. From hotel to shows. I didn't even have to pay attention to the times of each show. They actually booked the shows corresponding with each other. No overlapping of times. I loved the ease of this site and will use it again in the future.
My experience was good. I personally made an error in my order. As soon as I realized my my mistake, I called and the agent at work, corrected my error immediately. Good listeners and ready to assist!

I really enjoyed The Petersons show. They are amazing musicians and told us how they became a family bluegrass band. They took questions from the audience which made the whole experience more personal.
Excellent order site. When I contacted someindividuals with questions, they were extremely friendly and helpful I have never been to Branson nor Silver Dollar City; but all my friends who have been have urged me to go for years. I have driven through southern Missouri to visit my aunt and uncle who live close the Lake of the Ozarks. There is no more beautiful scenery than the Ozarks. Really looking forward to our vacation.
