Quick and efficient booking process. The site displays available shows with performance dates and in some cases, special offerings like "buy one get one free". You can easily use the drop down feature to see availability of the shows during the time of your trip.
I went to the Tickets location to pickup vouchers. Agent was very unprofessional. I wanted my tickets and he kept adding additional requirements. Ultimately my signature wasn't good enough and he wouldn't accept my wife vouching for my identity without her ID. Paraphrase...'why are you traveling without an ID? You're old enough to know better.' That is when we left.

I felt we received a good offer with the buy one, get one ticket promotion. It was easy to do online. Having to pick up the tickets at the ticket center was slightly inconvenient, but worth the discount. The show itself was mediocre.

This unethical Business will charge you for your requested Branson Show Boat tickets then tell you it is sold out. If it happens to be sold out, you are then advised it will be 7 to 10 days before you will see a credit for your purchase. This is a very poor unethical business practice!
A ethical practice is to only charge a credit card once confirmation is granted!

Excellent way to arrange for tickets.
Suggest bar coding tickets that can be simply scanned on IPhone to enter event. Making customers come to your center to receive physical vouchers is very inconvenient.
I went to pick up my voucher, but before the sales person would give me the voucher, he persistently offered discounted tickets to other shows, and cash, if I would agree to some kind of vacation property tour or sales pitch. I will never buy tickets through BransonShows.com again!
The price I was charged was not what was shown on the site. I picked customize my vacation. After I picked shows, ride and hotel the total came to 581.00. When I got my itinerary it showed no hotel. I called about that and they added it but total then was 750.00. No pleased at all with this part of it. Hope my experience there is worth the extra money.

I sent in the comment above and I only received a reply that asked if my reservation was confirmed or not. Yes it was confirmed but did not address my initial comment.
The confirmation reply also requires me to pick up my tickets at a "Branson Customer Center." Other show tickets that I have allowed me to print the tickets before I got to Branson and not have to waste my time stopping at a center to pick up my tickets. I am interested in knowing why I need to stop at a center to pick up the tickets rather than having the option of just printing out the tickets at home. Since my credit card was immediately charged I should have had the option of immediately being able to print out the tickets.

The next day I received a phone call from them, and I explained about the origin of the gift card and that I wanted it applied to the cost of the shows. She said she was unable to do that as I had already made the reservation online. As I had not made lodging accommodations, I discovered it could be applied to that. She offered one hotel, I asked about another one, which she did check availability. I had to ask what the prices were; it was not volunteered. Finally we got reservations made and gift card applied.

I received an order number and the message stated when my tickets were processed I would get an additional email with info to pick up my tickets. My question is can't it be sent to my email so I can print it out myself rather than going to pick it up?

Do not book wit these crooks. I booked a show in late Dec 2022. I fell ill with double pneumonia and they gave me a gift certificate that was about $244.00.
I decided to use it June 2023. I mistakenly tried to use it at bransonshowtickets.com. The charge was $569.00 but the certificate was not good there so I went to Bransonshows.com I ordered the same tickets and the charge came to about $968.00. They used the $244.00 certificate which brought the cost down to about $665(over $100.00 more than the other place.
I realized I had been scammed and immediately called back and cancelled. They offered me 65 percent back. I screamed and a supervisor agreed to a 90% back. Today i got my original certificate in the mail. It is now worth $149.00. Wonderful people?

We appreciated the fact that we could choose our dates and the attractions. And when we made a mistake and double booked a couple of attractions the woman who help us was very nice and got things straightened out for us.
I find it very irritating that I have to go to the travel center to pick up the tickets. Most places nowadays will give you a barcode that you can have your Ticket scanned but now I will have to make an extra trip just to pick up the stupid tickets
So far everything is ok since I spoke with a representative. However, I am disappointed that I could not download the tickets and print them. I was not aware that I had to pick up the vouchers at a location that was not the theater.
Buying this as a gift card. It's a bit confusing who's information is needed.
Now it is wanting to send a follow-up email to the recipient, not the purchaser, and this is to be given as a surprise gift.
Your site makes it easy to book multiple shows. I loved looking at all of the show options and descriptions.
Great easy to use and was affordable. As far as the site it was easy to navigate and select the things we wanted to do and left room for other adventures during our stay should we find something the our granddaughter would like to do.

We booked at the last moment on our way back to MN from Hot Springs AR. Had a little snafu getting our itinerary but cleared that up with one phone call. The Reza show was great! We really enjoyed it! I was really worried about our room at Angel Inn after reading reviews, but was pleasantly surprised our room is very nice and very clean. I would definitely recommend the Angel Inn. The property management team is top notch, friendly, easy to talk to & seem to actually enjoy what they do. I would DEFINITELY stay here again. Tomorrow on our way out we are going to listen to someone talk about owing a time share here in Branson so we can get a gift card and free hotel stays. It will be great when they find out I am on SSDI and my husband just got let go from his job. Had to throw that in to see if they actually read these before posting or not! Lol. After I booked, I found out you charged me extra $20 on each ticket for the Jesus show, so I called back to cancel within an hour and you refused to refund, offered me only 65%. A RIP OFF! I'm telling everyone. BEWARE of Branson Shows, Go directly to the sight or Branson.com I will not recommend your service!
Everything went well, but... Would have liked to have gotten the voucher through email which I thought I had signed up for. Instead I have to go to the ticket office to pick it up. That's inconvenient and was not my understanding. I understood I could/would receive it by email. Dennis Foemmel
It was very easy to navigate the website, but I'm not sure the senior discount was applied to our final amount? Is it just a 2% discount or should it be more than that. It said the discount was applied, but said $0.00 on the line for discount. I will be very sad if it wasn't applied! Rachel
Easy to navigate. My only complaint is that I did not receive my tickets via email or snail mail and I now have to go to the office and pick up my tickets when I get to town. Hopefully won't be a big inconvenience and I will be able to get my vouchers in time for my shows. The office hours are 8-8 so they are opened late and I am expecting to get to town by 6 PM the day before my shows. Hopefully my resort checkin goes smoothly and I can pick up my vouchers by 8 PM.
I was notified that the tickets I purchased on line weren't available, but I could pick the show for the next day. My Wife and I both work and could only get off work long enough for the short trip from Afton Oklahoma to Branson for 2 days and 1 night. We are both disappointed.
I'm not sure when or how to change what options I have that could be changed.
We booked a show with BOGO tickets. We got to the show and found out tickets were almost full price. We paid $170 for 4 tickets through bransonshows.com. We got to the show and full price tickets were $46 each. A total of $184. I called about it. The bransonshows company said the tickets were $86 each. Talk about a lie and a half. I was NOT happy. They did nothing to make it right. Never again will I book through them.
The show we went to was wonderful at least. We did enjoy that part of our evening.
Finding out we were lied to by a Branson company. Not so much fun. BEWARE!

Very easy to follow when ordering tickets. I am always leary of ordering tickets on line. I did received the instructins on how to get my tickets. I hope it will be as easy of when I ordered the tickets. I will let you know as I am leaving for Branson early tomorrow morning (11-6-21)
