I went to the Tickets location to pickup vouchers. Agent was very unprofessional. I wanted my tickets and he kept adding additional requirements. Ultimately my signature wasn't good enough and he wouldn't accept my wife vouching for my identity without her ID. Paraphrase...'why are you traveling without an ID? You're old enough to know better.' That is when we left.
Show was good and dinner was very good but greeter was rude and making snide remarks to the people he was lining up. Remarks such as, go in turn around for the third time and did everyone take their stupid juice today.
My wife and I was in car accident and called and left message and canceled the shows and requested a refund to my account, never pick up tickets and still have not received any refund at all. Still waiting for my money by ( vacations made easy). I suggest not to do business with ( vacations made easy). Not on the up and up,
We will, that is the ones who Jesus died upon a cruel tree to only rise from the dead in three days, but being able to see Jesus's life being portrayed on a stage is mesmerizing. We are so excited to be able to attend this performance of Jesus it as if we will see first hand the miracles, Peter being pulled from the sea, 12 deciples interacting w/ the Jewish population, Roman interaction and trying to control again the Jewish population- Gods own chosen people.

I am disappointed in myself for not paying closer attention to the fact that I was not on the website for the Dolly Parton Stampede, because I would have paid much less for my tickets if I were. And now I have to go somewhere separate from the show to pick up my tickets.

I booked Reza successfully. Then website said do you want to see any other show or something like that so I added Pierce Arrow. It, immediately, charged me and I had to call customer service since I believe Pierce Arrow was not on the night we wanted. Website didn't give me a choice. I called and they corrected it, #*******, Pierce Arrow on Monday 7/31 at 8 pm. However, I have received no confirmation for that. I booked Haygoods for Sat Aug 5th. They said it was a two for one. It wasn't and I called back and tried to cancel and they said that I would only get 60% back? They gave me a gift certificate #******* for $92.55 which I haven't used yet. Since it wasn't a two for one, they should have given my money back. They said on the website, that it is posted about canceling rules, however, when purchasing on the phone, they should tell you what their cancellation policy is. Very disappointed.
