Quick and efficient booking process. The site displays available shows with performance dates and in some cases, special offerings like "buy one get one free". You can easily use the drop down feature to see availability of the shows during the time of your trip.
I went to the Tickets location to pickup vouchers. Agent was very unprofessional. I wanted my tickets and he kept adding additional requirements. Ultimately my signature wasn't good enough and he wouldn't accept my wife vouching for my identity without her ID. Paraphrase...'why are you traveling without an ID? You're old enough to know better.' That is when we left.

We were so tired after a long day of travel that picking up our voucher, and checking into our condo that we simply had not energy to face the crowded streets again. So we did't go.
I haven't had any problems booking shows. When I had to call them to confirm that I made the reservation on the correct day, (the reason I took a star off), the woman was very friendly and helpful.
Things have been good so far. I was able to talk to a representative and they assured me as to where to get my tickets and emailed me the information.
Easy to do online. But was very disappointed when I had to change my tickets and was charged $50 for making change. I don't remember seeing that there was a change fee.
Easy to follow! There were too many different sites to look at. The show I wanted were not over booked so it was easy to obtain. Other shows were not included with the first group I searched.
