Liked being able to reserve all at once. The website was fairly easy to negotiate, however, when I tried to go back to the original screen, I had problems. Thank you,

We were so tired after a long day of travel that picking up our voucher, and checking into our condo that we simply had not energy to face the crowded streets again. So we did't go.

I haven't had any problems booking shows. When I had to call them to confirm that I made the reservation on the correct day, (the reason I took a star off), the woman was very friendly and helpful.

Things have been good so far. I was able to talk to a representative and they assured me as to where to get my tickets and emailed me the information.

Easy to do online. But was very disappointed when I had to change my tickets and was charged $50 for making change. I don't remember seeing that there was a change fee.

Easy to follow! There were too many different sites to look at. The show I wanted were not over booked so it was easy to obtain. Other shows were not included with the first group I searched.

Easy directions. So far so good. I did think I would get the tickets in the mail, I didn't realize I had to pick them up 4 hours before the show.

Easy and fast, can't wait! The site was simple, quick and I got the feedback I needed to confirm my reservations. I also liked the additional resources to make our visit easier to plan.

I would like to see the seating chart.
I never received the map and instructions for picking up the tickets in my laptop.
After 3 calls was able to get the instructions sent to my phone.

Would like to be able to pick our seats. It seems you could include a seating chart of the auditorium so we could pick out our own seats at the time of booking like many of the other entertainers do.

Process easy and quick, but I didn't realize I was going to have to go somewhere when I got to town to pickup my tickets, hotel reservations, etc. I choose the options to have them emailed to me?

We were asked to choose Veteran, senior citizen or AAA member and we are all of them. We did not get a discount so why were we asked to choose all that applied? Thank you.

I could have bought the tickets cheaper elsewhere, after I purchased these two tickets. I learned my lesson, you are not the cheapest tickets outlet in Branson.

Quick and Easy to use to place my reservation. I needed some help on the direction to pick up my ticket and Pauline was very helpful to get me where I needed to be.

No place to enter a code given. Also didn't appear to receive the senior discount in the payment package. So we didn't get the discount on the Dixie Stampede.

Easy to purchase tickets but I would like the vouchers mailed or emailed to me. I would like to have my tickets confirmed for dates/times/seat assignment that were purchased

I thought the email would have our tickets, but it was easy to do. I must have misunderstood. I would have had them sent rather than having to pick them up.

It was easy to go on your page and order the tickets. Can't wait to see the show. Have been to sight and sound for other shows, and not have not been disappointed

Very quick and easy to complete with ordering. Pick up procedures not convenient. Should be able to download on phone and skip pick up and text and emails.

We was informed that a showtime was cancelled due to the time that we picked. Now we are having to go to the last show of the night. Very frustrating.

Easy to reserve but I did not realize I would have to pick up tickets until an email came. I would have preferred printing them off but we will pick them up.
