Quick and efficient booking process. The site displays available shows with performance dates and in some cases, special offerings like "buy one get one free". You can easily use the drop down feature to see availability of the shows during the time of your trip.
I went to the Tickets location to pickup vouchers. Agent was very unprofessional. I wanted my tickets and he kept adding additional requirements. Ultimately my signature wasn't good enough and he wouldn't accept my wife vouching for my identity without her ID. Paraphrase...'why are you traveling without an ID? You're old enough to know better.' That is when we left.
Not sure if I received the discount. At the end it showed senior and AAA discount and I didn't know how to do it. My mother was born in 1942. Also, I have AAA.
Great but too many questions and add-ons. And I tried to post a brief review twice but it wasn't enough characters, so I'm hoping this will allow me to submit a review.
Awesome packages, but I never got to book them as a package deal, with all five purchases you would think I would get a discount for purchasing 5 attractions for a three day Vacation stay...
Service to accomplish reservations was easy to use with pleasant, informative personnel.
It looked like all the seats for the handicapped were taken because they were grayed out. My aunt and uncle can't do stairs, so until I clicked on the words, I couldn't order the tickets.

The Showboat experience itself was wonderful. However, I would not recommend Branson Shows.com to order tickets, which feels like a bait and switch operation. They state that you have to stop by their office to pick up the vouchers (which isn't true) only to try and push you into a timeshare presentation. Despite their website saying that they don't participate in timeshares, the lady who helped us still tried to get us to participate in this. She wouldn't take no for an answer and became rude when I told her, for the fifth time, that we were not interested. I meant to book tickets directly with the Branson showboat, and only after I booked them, did I realize that we booked through Branson.shows.com. Out of curiosity, I did compare prices, and it was actually five dollars cheaper to book directly with the showboat so, not only did we get hassled booking through Bransonshows.com, but we didn't even save any money. If you are visiting Branson, I would definitely recommend the showboat but I would book this, and all other activities, directly with the vendor and not through this company. It feels very manipulative that they make you come into the office to pick up "vouchers" and then use high pressure tactics to try and get you to attend a timeshare presentation (acting like they are doing you a favor by giving you this opportunity). I would avoid them.
So far so good. Still have to go through voucher pickup one month from now, but will give another review when the process is complete. Thank you.

Easy process but huge markup on tickets. Check with each venue or performer website to get actual cost of tickets and buy direct.

The address of the show is not shown anywhere on the screens I've seen so far. I want to know how far the show is from my hotel BEFORE buying tickets.
The boat did not leave the dock I feel there should be some type of refund. We are from colorado and looked forward to seeing the waterways!
