I went to the Tickets location to pickup vouchers. Agent was very unprofessional. I wanted my tickets and he kept adding additional requirements. Ultimately my signature wasn't good enough and he wouldn't accept my wife vouching for my identity without her ID. Paraphrase...'why are you traveling without an ID? You're old enough to know better.' That is when we left.
We purchased a $250.00 gift card for my husbands parents for Christmas right before Covid hit. I contacted Branson shows about being unable to use gift card with all the covid regulations. They assured me that the card would remain good. Covid hit the pretty hard and they had not been able to make the Branson trip on their own. We were finally able to take them his past December to find out that the entire $250.00 was eaten up with a monthly service fees. They did not provide any grace for the Covid hit., I was very disappointed that they did not try to do anything to make this right. I would recommend not making the same mistake I did and avoid buying their gift cards and just give your loved ones cash if you want to bless them with funds for time spent in Branson.

Upon Ticket pick-up, we were offered several attraction discounts, only to later be told we had to attend a sales pitch at a hotel to get them. This was very disappointing and made us distrust the operation. After seeing a few shows, we actually wanted to add more shows, but decided against it because we didn't want to come back to the ticket center.
Am booking far in advance so wish there was a cancellation option.
They will rip you off! They do not care about their customers. My mom and I booked show tickets for our family. We thought we had booked one show, but somehow booked two that were scheduled at the same time. I called them right away to explain what happened. They refused a refund, even though we can't be at two different places at the same time!
Love the search to be able to see what shows are available on certain days. Like that they have some discounts that are clearly advertised on the site. I wish the tickets were delivered through email instead of having to physically pick them up, but the location of the Branson Center isn't too far away from other things in Branson, so that is okay.
We saw two shows there, Irish Tenors and Celtic Ladies, and Anthems of Rock. Both were well done, with dancing and great vocals. If I have a complaint it is the music was recorded rather than live. Anthems had a guitarist who was quite good doing some lead guitar parts.
Super Easy! Would be even more convenient if all my show vouchers were delivered to my hotel room instead of making people come get them. Especially since I will not arrive in Branson until after business hours.
Very Helpful to this first time traveler to Branson-- wish they sent the itinerary with the confirmation of the order... that would give a better and secure feeling. Like how do we get our tickets, etc.

Easy to navigate through the reservation process! Got to see the Christmas show in Branson last year. Well worth the money. Sights and Sound theater is an amazing experience. You won't be disappointed…
The potatoes where dry,chicken undercooked. My sister who pre-ordered a vegetarian meal had a chicken threw on her plate and when that was eventually corrected the vegetables where dry and overcooked. If pre-ordered should have not taken 45 minutes to get it.
This place bransonshows.com is all about up sales and screwing you over on ticket prices. Prices are at lease 30% over the actual theater prices. Do not use this site. Go directly to the shows website. So frustrated with these guys. Never Again!

I felt your cancel 48 hours was miss leading, it should say "48 hours prior" also there should be a warning that ordering less than 48 hours in advance you can not cancel! Also the $50 cancel fee and the fact your order is not refundable only for credit all this should be stated at the beginning not after you book! Your customer service rep Brandon was not helpful or able to explained any of this and hung up on me! I did use the tickets and they showed up in my phone fine.
First shows we have bought tickets to. 35 yrs. In Springfield. I decided this weekend I would treat the wife, she loved the shows. Young lady I spoke to was amazing. She made the experience so easy. Very nice, we will see you again. Don't want a time share though, or the drama that goes with that process. Thankyou!

Dolly's Stamped is a great place to visit. One of our granddaughters was her first time visiting Dolly's Stamped. The show and food was great with a great family atmosphere. Although I was disappointed in the booking. I paid for six adults and two children but when we got there I was told we only had seven adults and a child lap seating. Also I requested to be on the south side but they gave us tickets for the north side. I'm not sure if I will order tickets though you're booking agency again!
This is one of our favorite places to visit in Branson. Love Branson!

After I finish the booking, they advised I'd have to pick up my Vouchers at the location. I truly expected an on line ticket, bar code or a QR code. They don't tell you that until you book. It's OK I guess. I'm just wondering how far out of my way I'll have to go to get these "Vouchers". Should state that up front.

I ordered silver dollar city tickets days in advance. I received many emails with confirmations. The ticket booth is more than an hour from the attraction. I waited in line for an hour. I don't understand why there is no option to print my own tickets. I will never do this again. When I tried to refund the process became more complicated so I just stuck with the line. There is zero customer service. This is the worst structure to organize a business. This process NEEDS fixed. This is absolutely absurd. I expect compensation.

I had a weekend get away planned for my wife's 30th birthday so I ordered al the shows in advance. When we went to pick up the tickets there was a deal to get one of the shoes free but I had to put down a $50 deposit and watch a presentation on Saturday. Not once was the word Timeshare mentioned, had it been mentioned I would have never signed up even to save some dollars. Once I showed up the lady at the counter said time share so I politely signed in and hit the first exit I could upon completion. A guy from Branson shows text me very rudely about the deal. It is 100% my fault for falling for the deceptive tactic of not calling it a timeshare. I just don't want other people to be duped and lose a $50 non refundable deposit, which was also not stated at the time.

For some reason, I never received an actual confirmation EMAIL for my order. Even after calling, they resent the confirmation but it never arrived after 15 minutes. They finally just sent me a link via text. I used that link and was able to print off my confirmation instructions.

Their site advertised buy 1 get 1 free and tickets for 59.00 each for a show. When I ordered 3 tickets, the page indicated 2 x 59.00,1 x 0.00 however, my credit card was charged 170.33. When I called in and spoke to a supervisor, all she kept telling is the price was 87.00 and I saved 90.64 with the free ticket. No way to convince her what the website shows as I took screen shots of the website price. They wouldn't let me cancel or honor the advertised price. They can't even provide me a receipt with the breakdown of the charges. Total scam!

We had a bad experience with an associate who was trying to get us to do the time share tour. He was very pushy and rude. It was very unpleasant especially when we found out that we could have just gotten our tickets on site of our show and that this whole ordeal was unnecessary.
