The Willow looked great and seems to be hanging on so far. The ground is soggy and it was much needed. The other smaller plant didn't look as great. It had been ripped somehow in shipping, so some of the blooms fell off. I'm hoping it will perk back up again though. Overall given they were shipped, I thought the plants did pretty well.

My apple tree and hydrangeas came in great condition. Received a free jasmine plant so that was awesome. I planted them the next day and so far the plants are thriving! Will order again from this company.
We received our Japanese red Maple tree in a timely fashion. The product was packed and shipped very well however upon receipt come out the leaves were dry and falling off branches. We followed instructions to water plants and let the leaves replenish itself. So far it hasn't but it's only been 8 to 10 days.
The plants arrived healthy said they were 1 gallon, I would say 2 quart size. Extremely disappointed. Customer service did give me a discount, and was very professional, only reason I gave a 2 star. I will not recommend this company nor will I make another purchase.

We ordered several times this spring and have had a very sporadic delivery. It appears we are missing a tree and there is no tracking on the order. Please track this down so we can close this project out.
Flowers did not live. I am trying again. Last chance to see if your quality is good.
They mailed me a tree that looked horrible when it arrived. I reached out to them with a picture and they simply said that the tree was just shedding leaves and to do a scratch test. I waited a couple of months and reached out again to tell them that it was definitely dead. There response was that there is no warranty. That was a money and time just thrown out the window.
Plant arrived on time and in very healthy condition, with loads of buds. It does have "weeping branches" though. I'm hoping this will look more like the tree pictured as the branches get stronger.
Also, the blooms are NOT red.
Product showed up almost 2.5 weeks after ordering. The box look like it had been kicked and stepped on.
The two shrubs (payed close to 60$) were worth about 10$ TOTAL and I doubt I will ever order from y'all again

Loved the Crepe Myrtle tree but the two gardenia bushes I got were in very sad condition when they arrived. I cannot believe what I paid for these tiny little starts which both had broken branches. I am planning on contacting Brighter Booms about a refund or replacement plants.
