My problems with this company are never ending. In 2023 I had to ask the Ohio Attorney General to intercede for me after months of being unable to open my online account to pay the bill.

This is the ONLY online account, among dozens that I use, which remains inaccessible. Brightspeed was supposed to switch me to snail-mail paper bills. They arrive late or not at all. Then they charge me penalties and interest.

This fall I had intermittent problems with my Internet. If one is lucky enough to actually speak to a technician, their solutions are nonsensical: call my hardware provider (HP); pay $100 to have a phone jack installed (I have jacks on EVERY wall in my house) etc.

It takes a week to get a real human to make a house call.

Oh, and if one sends a letter of complaint to them at the address in Boca Raton, which is listed on their website, the USPS sends it back as undeliverable!
