Always return messages in a timely manner if unavailable. Very pleased with their knowledge and service
I've always had any questions I had about the solo 401k with a Roth option answered promptly even during the covid19 crisis. I appreciate very much the assistance they have provided. I discovered Broad Financial through my brother in law. He has been using them for years and has been very pleased with how it all works for him.
I am old. Need lots of handholding assistance, advice and guidance with computer processes and how to do processes.
Was able to answer my questions. Very knowledgeable. Great customer service.
Retirement plans, in general, almost force you to invest in the market. But I have always been confounded by the market. I don't have time to study, and without study - and sometimes even with it - it seems like gambling to me! I am thrilled to have found Broad Financial's Solo401k product. I was able to pull my retirement funds out of the market and put it into a rental property. The ups and downs aren't as thrilling as in the market, but I see a clear and steady path to growth.
Operator listened to my question then quickly transferred me to Mark Weissman who answered my question/addressed my concern regarding banks accounts associated with my solo 401K trust. All went perfect. Happy customer...mark
Broad Financial demonstrated a strong commitment to helping and guiding me throughout the process of setting up, understanding and implementing the IRA LLC.
I need to give a special shout out to Joel and Mark of the "support team". They were both consistently responsive, patient, and informative in giving me whatever level of detail and explanation I wanted. Joel provided sample forms needed to set up the LLC's bank account. These samples that Joel gave me, made the "new account opening" process very transparent and easy to follow. Joel and Mark both answered my numerous (and in some cases redundant) questions clearly and patiently.
Real value becomes apparent when you get into the weeds, and need to understand how everything works, and then get it done expeditiously and correctly. Broad Financial has really delivered a level of post-sale customer service and support that has exceeded my expectations, and more specifically, made me confident I had made the right decision to choose them.
Everyone has been very helpful and patient with me as they guide me through the self directed IRA process, even though at times I have been "testy", for which I apologize.
Customer service is excellent every time I have called I am greeted with an eager, well informed, polite assistant ready to resolve my issue. Best move I made for my future.
They have an excellent approach to giving solutions to my problems. I now know how to set up my stock brokerage account as well as how to invest in real estate.
Noah was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when I discussed my desire to purchase investment property with funds from my traditional IRA. I highly suggest Noah and Broad Financial.
Mark Weissman has very nice personality, he is patient and knowledgeable and professional, 5 star rating is a must for Mark.

Every single time I have ever called Broad Financial, my questions have been answered by the person who actually answered the phone. I have NEVER been put on hold or transferred to other people. The level of customer of service is just astounding. Either their receptionists are completely over-qualified, or they have simply figured out how to efficiently dispatch client questions and concerns.
Very helpful, patient, and personable customer service reps.
I wanted to convert a portion of my 401k into a SD IRA. I have a plan now with Accuplan and called them first to see what I can do with them. I'm still waiting for a return call, email, or snail mail.
I researched other plans and companies and found Broad Financial. Noah and I have had a couple of calls. He answered my questions completely and knowledgeable because I told him I want to make sure I have the correct plan for my needs.
Joel has been very responsive both via email and on the phone.
They always answer your call and if they fail they will promptly call you back they never fail to answer your questions where anyone can understand
Being an engineer getting Bitcoin into my IRA seemed daunting. Broad Financial proved to be very professional. Setting up a LLC and moving money to it was a step by step process that was well documented and went smoothly. I always had quick phone and email contact to answer all my questions to include jumping through the hoops setting up a Prime Coinbase account for the LLC.
One month!
One frustrating month. One disappointing result after another. I gave up hope of finding a better way.
In 2017, I started investing in cryptocurrencies. The money I used was my own. 50+ investments later I now feel comfortable to invest my retirement assets in the space too.
Nevertheless, the Bitcoin-IRA providers of the world made me feel dumb. They not only want you to pay outrageous transaction fees ranging from 6%-12%, but also want you to pay them an annual custody fee of %1 of your assets under management. They then try to convince you that it's a great deal. Yes, it's a great deal for them, not for you, the investor.
Cryptos can increase in value by thousands of a percent - turning a $100 investment into $30,000. Make ten $100 investments and you're paying custody fee of $10 today. Yet tomorrow, you could pay $3000. Ouch!
Even if you were to sell your crypto, you're still sitting with $300K in cash inside your retirement account that you still have to pay the annual custody fee for. If you're not close to retirement, and made no other winning investments, your $300K gets eaten away until it's gone.
Broad Financial makes you feel amazing. It doesn't insult your intelligence. It exercises simple common sense. It gives you the power to establish a trust that lets you not only take ownership of your retirement accounts, but also invest those accounts in whatever you'd like.
The only fee is a one time setup fee of <$1000 (legal work) and an annual maintenance fee of $149 / year. Paying ~$150 / year is a fair price for this awesome new superpower.
Thanks Noah Grodko, Joel Galkin, and the rest of the Broad Financial team!
Great group, helped me get through everything I needed!
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
Answer: Hello Robert! There are no restrictions in this case, but in order to transfer your Self-Directed IRA to an IRA that allows you to invest in stocks, you would need to liquidate or retire any alternative assets before rolling over to a QRP. Another option is that your plan administrator must write a letter saying they accept alternative assets. However, this depends on the type of investments you would be holding at the time.
Answer: Hello Tyrone! Our company was founded in October of 2004.
