“Five dollar or less letter openers”

I have bought a lot of various knives/daggers from BUDK. I call them letter openers because I would never trust my life with a five dollar blade. However the blades I have received have all been as advertised and make me wonder how they would perform under stress. But for five bucks, they work fine for opening letters and packages - cutting string and such. Filled several drawers with 30 or so blades, so I am ready for the zombies. I don't see how they make a profit selling at such low prices.

“Missing screws and no blade”

Sitting here with my cousin and his order of (4) bushmaster OTF knives was delivered. All (4) are gifts for family members and are identical. One knife is missing (2) screws and another knife is missing the blade. Shipping took (5) days. My cousin just got off the phone with BudK customer service and has to wait 3 days for a return shipping label then wait for them to receive the bad products they sent him and another 5 days to see if they send him what he originally ordered. All the while not offering him any compensation. This company is a bad business! Please take heed to this company before deciding to order from here.

Do not order from this company! I have now placed 3 orders with them and every time I've had to cancel my order because the email confirmation I receive has my order wrong... Then once speaking to a rep I find out that the "in stock, ships today" advertisement is completely false. Says there is a cutoff of 200pm eastern, but turns out they change the cutoff time whenever they want. And they do not care to even try to fix the problem in order to keep me as a costumer. On top of everything else... I had an order placed where I had a deal on 2 day shipping, I again was given incorrect information which forced me to cancel my order only to find out later that the shipping deal would have worked and I could have kept my order. Oh and a heads up, Trueswords.com is the same company as buck.com! If I could I'd give this place 0 stars!

When getting the products that I ordered, I was not just satisfied but blown away at the quality of the knives and took that I purchased. Everything packed well kerping damage from shipping from harning the product and the products them selves were the best I have seen. You have my business for life. Thanks Anthony D.

Every time I order from BudK I am very happy with the products I receive. I am never disappointed the quality of the blades, and rarely do I have any issues with the sheaths. If on the rare occasion I do, as an amateur leather worker, I make my own.

I have ordered from BUDK many times, and they are my first choice. They have items I NEVER see any where else that makes my Dragon loving heart happy. And I can stay within my budget. Everything arrives quickly and packaged well.

I have been buying from BUDK for many years now and I can only recall having one problem with delivery. I have always gotten what I ordered, and been satisfied with what I've gotten. I get a grab bag every year at Christmas and always get fun things to share with family and friends.

PrettyAwesome blade looks nice feels nice feels good in the hand good weight very sharp, slight twang in the blade when you tap the blade cant feel anything loose but still a twang. Pretty decent workman ship I like the Knife.

I reveived my Fighter Knife in pristine condition as i always do with all if my orders from BudK. My only concern is the sheath i reveived doesn't seem to fit quite right as appears a few inches longer than the blade and the strap to button the knife into the sheath seems a bit short when the knife is inside. I called customer service and they are looking into it. Perhaps the leather has to stretch and acclimate as the weather is turning cold now even in Tucson.

I bought the special ops boot, filled with AWESOME knives! 2 folders, 2 fixed blades, and one old fashioned knife that doesn't lock. Well worth the cash spent! Will be back for more very soon!

Need more incentives for loyal customers give people a reason to come back your products are not that great to have this bad service promo codes are wack i can go on and on about ow your products arent thst great knives come with chips in it and dull poorely built then i can go all day about customer service and shipping but i wont

I put in twice for there free subscription for a catalog and that was about 2 months ago and i never received it i do love there products amd have soent several hudred dollar on there site but i just would like them to do better when it comes to punctuality on there catalog since i am a paying customer id think it shouldnt be a problem im actually a second generation customer as well my father use to receive there catalog and caught my eye since i was a child here i am now 40 years old ordering from them as well

I bought a few knives over the years when I had money, I believe every product I received from bud K over exceeded, what my expectations, of my ordered. A few knives eBay Etc,. Nowhere near the quality of BUDK so I tell my friends you want a knife order from BUDK trust me you're going to be blown away by what you get in the mail box. Thank you budk. You are ubove the rest.

How is it that others get "crap service and swords" and yet I get exactly what I wanted, what I paid for, and great quality items? When it says BOGO I get TWO items. Should I be shocked, or just thank you for fulfilling my order?

One of the buckles has already broken so dont look for quality in BUDK products. I know they say you get what you pay for. But you'd expect a simple belt buckle to last more than a day
