“Five dollar or less letter openers”

I have bought a lot of various knives/daggers from BUDK. I call them letter openers because I would never trust my life with a five dollar blade. However the blades I have received have all been as advertised and make me wonder how they would perform under stress. But for five bucks, they work fine for opening letters and packages - cutting string and such. Filled several drawers with 30 or so blades, so I am ready for the zombies. I don't see how they make a profit selling at such low prices.

“Missing screws and no blade”

Sitting here with my cousin and his order of (4) bushmaster OTF knives was delivered. All (4) are gifts for family members and are identical. One knife is missing (2) screws and another knife is missing the blade. Shipping took (5) days. My cousin just got off the phone with BudK customer service and has to wait 3 days for a return shipping label then wait for them to receive the bad products they sent him and another 5 days to see if they send him what he originally ordered. All the while not offering him any compensation. This company is a bad business! Please take heed to this company before deciding to order from here.

I ordered several of the goblets, they are pretty detailed for the cheap price u pay, one of them was broke when it arrived, im sure i could have called them and they would have sent me another one but as cheaply priced as they are i just put a lil super glue and bam, good as new. So overall i have been satisfied with everything i have bought from budk so far.

I enjoyed shopping on this site. It has a lot of interesting things you can't find elsewhere. The prices are pretty good and the quality is better than I would have expected. I would recommend you go there and look around. Seems to have a little something for everyone. If you have a problem with your order the customer service is outstanding.

I made a mistake with my order and customer service was super awesome. They answer the phone right away and you get to talk to a HUMAN BEING! They also have a live text chat available. Super nice people and very reliable and caring. I will be shopping more with them from now on.

Budk is my go to online store for budget knives. I have had three items to return and all were handled without a glitch. A phone call or an email was enough to get a return postage paid label. Credit for return was easy. I generally wait for specials like 20 percent off and free shipping when I shop online. All items arrive timely - never a lost package.

It was a great novelty gift- the intended recipient has the Wolf as his emblem-and this item fits in with his collection of Wolf motif items perfectly-just perfect. Thanks, it got there, on time and was fully appreciated.

BudK website is easy to navigate, I found everything I wanted in less than 10 minutes. The checkout process was fast and easy. Shipping took 3 days, very fast! The items I received are of great quality. I am very happy with my shopping experience with this company.

Got this for my 14yr old son as a Xmas gift. He'll be pretty stoked about it. Everything showed up in good condition without any rips, tears or missing pieces. Everything was also individually packaged which is also nice. He'll probably put all of it to use on our next camping/hiking trip.

I order at least once a year from their website for my husband. He loves all of their products! They're priced fairly for the quality as well. He still has everything I've ever ordered him, nothing has broken. The only thing you have to watch out for, is if you order their mystery boxes- make sure you get different priced ones because if you buy two of the same, you just get repeat products in them haha. I made that mistake one year, but it ended up being great for re-gifting! Also, their shipping is really fast, it always arrives early.

Im always buying new knives trying to find the perfect everyday carry. This knife isnt perfect but I cant make myself leave it at home! Its like a fidget spinner for men! Caught it at a great price too.

Have ordered a couple items from your site! The latest was a large hunting knife that was engraved with my boyfriend's name! He loved it, it was very nice looking and was evenly weighed as well! Will absoulty do more ordering with you guys! From our family to yours, Happy Holidays and New Years

My son wanted a sword like one of the ones I have. I picked up a sword for him at a 1/4 of the price mine was. BUDK is on the money when they rate their products. I've picked up a few things as everything has worked out quite well. Thanks

I have been ordering items from BudK for many years now since my son loves knives and swords. On Christmas of this past year (2022) I ordered the knife of the month subscription. So far he has received four knives and he has loved every single one. The quality has been great, the styles have been cool, and so far, all have been knives that were of greater value than what the monthly cost is. In the past we have ordered numerous different items; swords, knives, display shelves, lots of survival items, etc. We have never been disappointed with our purchases.

Tip for consumers:
Don't go by the reviews. Everyone has different opinions....try it yourself and I think you'll be happy with your purchase.

Two tactical tammahawks for $40?!? Yes please! My order came in a very timely fashion, and they were just as awesome as advertised. I also received a catalog in the box, as I excitedly flipped through the pages I realized that this site will be my newest favorite site. I quickly started a wish list, the hidden blade from Assassins Creed, the sword from the Lord of the Rings, just a couple of must have weapons. Even better, they have an App!

I started collecting bladed weapons a dozen years ago. My first pieces were from BudK, and I am still buying from them to this day. They have some of the best bargains in the business, and for an old timer on a fixed income like me, they are a blessing. I wouldn't have been able to grow my respectable collection without them.

I was a little skeptical at first to order from here because the prices were so low and the items seemed very high quality. However after reading some reviews i decided to give it a shot and boy am i glad i did. The item's are amazing. They are very high quality and if not better from the picture. Will definitely purchase others

So far nothing but good things to say about death waits in the dark steel blade. It didn't pass 6 water bottle test but it did cut through 4 and I'm extremely happy about that. It's a lighter blade so didn't expect it to cut through that many. I still remain a loyal customer

Apparently "expected" delievery days are no when you should "expect" to receive an item. It is a poor estimate of when you might get the item in the fastest time possible that will be changed when they fail to get it to you one time. Almost a full week later I quit waiting by the mailbox for it to arrive and surprise... It shows up.

Don't expect my future business.

I placed one order and received it on a wednesday. I received the same order the following day. I told them i did not place a duplicate order. They said i haveto pay the shipping to return it. Long story short, i fought them along with american express, and the lady said we will do this as a one time courtesy and send you a prepaid label. Come to find out they admitted the order was placed seconds apart from each other right at midnight. So i told them it is their computer glitch and not my problem. They act like they were doing me a favor..

Everything went pretty well, though a few things were slightly disappointing. The sword I received had a poorly sharpened tip, as it was almost flat at the edge from an inch to the tip, but the rest of the blade was perfectly sharpened. The gift box it came in had a corner of the padding sticking out, but was otherwise ok. The knife I bought was slightly marred on its brass spine plate. All in all, these are issues I CAN fix, but should not have to, as I would have expected a little better care from a reputable company such as Bud K. However, ordering was easy, and I was called to verify the order's authenticity (which was definetly a pleasant surprise), and it came a day ahead of time, which is always nice.

1. The site was not working well to order and I was obliged to reiterate 3 times my command, then cancel one of them, etc...
2. The order was then messed up somewhere because I ordered 3 knives with different decoration patterns but Ireceived two of them which were the same...
3. The shipment (however free) took so long to come: about 3 weeks and I thought it will not be arrived by Christmas...

This company has lost me as a customer now, and of many years! They won't respond to calls or emails, and have sent the last order recently that was wrong, switched out, and very expensive to boot! I can only warn everyone that I have referred to them in the past 9 years to BE AWARE!

I ordered an expensive black powder revolver from Budk about a month ago. I have no account, and ordered it as a guest. Well I got tired of waiting and checked the tracking #. There was problems with the shipping and the package got returned to sender, and I called customer service to sort out the issue. I called them on Friday, december 3, and on December 4, the very next day, I picked up my package from the post office. Great customer service.

Keeping the review to this order:
The information was processed quickly and shipped in a timely manner. Merchandise arrived a little ahead of when I expected (GA to WA in 10 days - standard shipping) and arrived in great condition. Quality of product matched exactly as advertised and even a little better in a couple regards.

Received package on time but was not what I ordered and they would not ship the correct item until they received this one back. I asked if I would get this back before Christmas and the response was you should. Well not a good first impression since it was their fault and the item I received retailed for 10 bucks. Not worth an unhappy customer in my opinion.
