After I file request to Ring.com for help in the failed DHL delivery of my 2 floodlight cams, in early March, Ring.com came to the rescue!
It did not take Ring.com long time to sent me 2 new floodlight cameras, which I received in good order last week.
Thanks Ring.com for your professional attitude in my DHL delivery complaint matter.
I hope that Ring.com can solve this issue with DHL, so that other Ring.com customers do not have problems as which I experienced.
