After I replied questioning an email sent by their support team about a problem with my account i got a rude and cynical email that even basically threatened to not allow me to make new deposits to my account unless i corrected the issue. They should get better and more polite people to deal with their customers. I am currently looking for a new company to buy precious metals with, or maybe it is time to go all in on cryptocurrencies so i don't have to deal with awful customer services like this one!
