It was supposed to be delivered in 5 to 6 weeks then mid august now no one is communicating with me. I have called multiple times, sent email, used their website contact form and no results. Order number 2306036 for a Frontier Gear 300-30-7008 Front Bumper for GMC Sierra 1500 2007-2013. My next call will be to the Arizona Attorney General's Office.

I purchased a bumper to the tune of $2500. I had to wait for the bumper to be built. Once the bumper was completed, Bumper Superstore refused to pay the manufacturer (I paid Bumper Superstore when I ordered). Three months later, I am having to go through the whole process of doing a chargeback on my credit card. It is likely that I'm going to have to wait for this bumper to be built all over again. Dealing with.Bumper Superstore has been nothing but a giant headache. Stay away, far, far, away!

Ordered a front bumper for my 2020 Ram had a great deal and web site said it was in stock. Made order and waited for shipping conformation never received and called multiple times finally being told should hear something in a week. Week goes by NOTHING! Call again and told don't have said item would have to wait another week for another vendor to get it in stock. This company already took payment and now are trying to get out of selling me the item at the price agreed at purchase. Buyer beware

Order a couple weeks ago and received an email saying ships in 1-2 days, I've called and sat on hold more than 30 minutes 3 times. I've emailed and absolutely no response from any one. I am gladly patient if communicated with but many recent reviews say no communication and no product. I'm disputing the charges. Won't ever recommend or use this company again.
Can't get any customer service out of these people. I have been trying to reach them for a month in regards to a can am bumper. Nothing but dead ends. Very disappointing, strongly recommend staying away from this website!

Review update. Almost three weeks after ordering my rock sliders they finally arrived. Went to put them on and they don't fit flush. Took pictures, emailed and called. They said they'd get back to me. One week later and not a single reply. I've emailed twice again with the original attached, no reply. Absolute worst customer service and waste of money ever...
Part arrived damages and customer service requested that I send photos. Sent photos as requested and have been placed on ignore mode for a week. Not happy with their "customer service" cannot reach anyone by phone either
I purchased a bumper for my GMC truck. After purchasing customer service said that it would cost an additional $150 for shipping. They sent me the disclaimer but it did not apply to my location. I am in a major city in Florida. This company‘s business practices are fraudulent. By elsewhere.
Don't waste your time with this company. The website will show many items "in stock" and "ships in 1-2 days". Complete lie! All they are is a needless middle man between customers and manufacturers with an added rude woman when you call customer service. Stick with companies who actually have stocked items you need and can guarantee shipment and delivery when they say
I ordered the anderson jack blocks 6 pack for my 5th wheel trailer. Placed order online money was taken immediately out of my account. It's been almost 2 weeks with no order confirmation and I've tried calling them multiple times and have set on hold for multiple hours. Not sure how they can run a business when they have no customer service. If I could get a hold of someone I would cancel my order and buy from Amazon or somewhere local. Saving 50 dollars is not worth the trouble it's been if someone reads this please give me a call *******966 so I can get my money back
They have good prices, but their customer service is awful. If you call, you get sent directly to voice-mail. Never received a call back. Responded to an email 3 days later to say they would look into issue. Never heard anything from them again. I will no longer be using this store. I would rather pay a little more and use a reputable dealer. They will not even provide an email when your item finally ships.
I attempted to order a track bar from this company the advertisement said in stock ships within 2 to 3 days, when i submitted credit card info and completed order the shipping time turned into 3 to 4 weeks, i called and got nothing but automated voice leave a message boxes. I then sent a rather negative email but still completing order, again no response, its company's like this that keep others thriving, customer service= 0
I ordered bumpers and they kept getting delayed, front bumper arrived with a scratch all the way across the front. And shipping company scratched it as well unloading. Tried to contact customer service and had no luck. Decent quality bumpers, products were as described. Although I would not do business with BSS again!
I ordered parts for my Jeep on 5/17 and the money was removed from my account on 5/19 I emailed to find out a status update a few days later because I didn't receive any info them was told tracking number would be given on 5/21 nothing sent an email received a call promised tracking information no later then 5/24 still nothing. I sent two emails on 5/25 still have not received any correspondence. I guess I'll be calling the bank tonight to cancel just wasted a week not getting my parts.
Do not buy from this website if you plan on not being able to get customer service or refund if you cancel your order. I ordered a product that was canceled the next day. They "refund my money" yet haven't seen it.
First- not all parts shown were in my box, and after my contacting them, they just stopped responding!
2nd- I've emailed several times concerning fog lights that have stopped working, after only 2 months, and was told I'll forward to customer Debbie, with no follow up
Online website was very easy to use and transaction process went through great. Only down fall was that the shipping conformation was delayed a couple days but the bumper arrived 7 days after hitting the buy button but would have been 5 days if the weekend wouldn't have been in the way. The bumper came packed as nice as Ive ever seen. Took almost 10 mins unwrapping it and haven't found a single imperfection and its shiny! The only down fall was their customer service contact. I had to communicate via email and it took quite some time to get a response because I needed the tracking number and be in contact with the shipping company they used *by the way was a great experience as well!* I'm installing the bumper this evening so if you don't see another review that means it fit and I'm as happy as can be!
I ordered a bumper for my Honda Pioneer. The website did not say that the bumper was out of stock. Two days after ordering I received a phone call stating that they were 3 weeks out from shipping. Three weeks went past and no bumper so I emailed them and they said it would ship out that week. The end of the week I emailed again for an update with no reply. After calling numerous times I finally was able to talk to a person and was told they would email an update on my order. Later that day I received an email stating that they were 7-10 days from shipping. Now I am 5 weeks out from ordering and the bumper has yet to ship. Will update when the bumper ships.

Finally received my bumper. It took 6 weeks instead of the original 3 weeks but it's here.
I ordered a ranch hand bumper, the summit, for my Ford F150 on April 20th. I just got it today very well packaged. I am Very pleased with the product. The only thing i think they could improve on is communicating directly with the customers. When i called the phone number the recording said to use E-mail only. I somehow got locked out from being able to E-mail. Thanks.
Love the bumper but as you know the older dodge truck is always fighting engine cooling when towing, On this bumper I removed 6 inches of material on each side to allow air flow to the radiator Also to the transmission cooler, at 63 mph hitting a deer or a horse or mouse I'm thinking we will be ok this bumper is well built
Great once you get through to someone. Sketchy customer service. Every time I call I get automatically put on hold. Getting updates on shipments was nearly impossible
There products looks to be good quality that I found on my search for a bumper. And hopefully I made the right decision.
