This is the second bumper I have purchased from you guys. The customer service was great. The only issue I had was the hardware kit that Ranch Hand supplied. Tow hook bolts were too short and there weren't enough washers.

The bumper is as expected. Heavy duty construction with securely mounted d-links. I picked up the bumper from fedex and the bumper was well wrapped and came undamaged. I do wish it had the opening for the trailer wiring but nothing a custom hole cant fix. Overall it was a great purchase.

My initial experience was fantastic, great communication. And then communication stopped. I feel the first replies from you were automated and standard responses without the human element. I had to call five days after I thought I would automatically receive shipping information. I received my order sis days after I originally anticipated.

Really impressed with the quality and heavy duty metal of the bumper! Everything I needed to upgrade my truck, from front bumper to rear, which what I bought, bumpers. Best price around and free shipping.

I was on hold for over hours waiting customer service or sales. Good luck to anyone that needs to speak to someone about a product or order.

Buyer beware, If you order anything from this place they will send you the wrong thing and you will not be able to get your money back.

In the collision repair industry I have had to order a lot of parts from a lot of different OEM and Aftermarket vendors and this was probably one of the easiest processes. The part was delivered on time and in great shape and was exactly what we needed to get the vehicle back in original condition. Our customer was happy, which in turn made us happy.

So far so good. We shall see how it goes from here with the arrival of the it

Came in good condition very well packed. Shipper and trucking company did a good job now just have to find out how easy it goes on

I haven't yet installed it.
Shipping weight says 300 lbs.
Actual weight guessing is around 175 lbs.
Powder coat looks pretty good, but I don't trust it so I'm having it LineXed. I got tired of damaging the front of my truck from hitting deer. This bumper covers the grill, and is heavier gauge than the original bumper.

Great! From the company employees to the delivery driver, everyone was helpful courteous and set clear expectations that they met or exceeded. The same day I ordered a bull guard from another company and the experience has been a train wreck. I will go back to the BumperStore.com site for anything I need in the future. Customer service is huge to me and they knocked it out of the park.

Shipping was fast. Arrived with a yellow paint mark on the passenger side of the bumper. Looks like it might have hit a pillar that was painted yellow before it was wrapped and shipped. No damage to the powder coating just and ugly yellow stripe that won't come off.

Overall this order has been quick and easy. I ordered Raptor mud flaps for my son-in-law's birthday which is in a few days. They look easy to install, but I will have to talk to him to see if he thinks they are as easy as I think. I think he will be in "hog haven" when he sees them! Can't wait!

Hi I talked to an employee about my order and was informed that the seats I ordered would fold down == then when I got them they don't fold down! So was miss informed about the product and the photos showed that they had controls to fold down! I liked the price as they were on sale and wanted 4 seats for a car I am working on == so I guess I will have to take them apart and cut and weld brackets to make them do what I wanted them to do!
The delivery was interesting == received 3 seats then the 4th seat came 3 days later = so not a problem just interesting! All came in good condition too!

Unless you can tell me if you have parts to make them fold down then I can wait before I install them == if not then as I said make my own brackets!

First of all, the employees are first rate! The interactions with them were always positive and they were super helpful. I have a different shipping address from my billing address and they actually ensured I was who I said I was because to them, it looked like a possible case of fraud. Anyways, they shipped to my house and the shipping was fast, like really fast, a day early fast lol. I have read horror stories about hoods arriving damaged and I'm pleased to say FedEx took very good care of the hood and mine was not damaged at all.

Order was supposed to be delayed 4-6 weeks but arrived in less than 2 weeks! It fits great but I will need to do a little grinding to get one of the tow hooks to fit. Overall it is a badass bumper at a great price.

Very easy and straight forward. I hope I will receive my bumper without any issues or damages.
Update:
I received the much faster than I expected. I was well packaged and all the parts were there. Installation went well too.

Product was not properly wrapped, crated or prepared for shipping. When I received the product the insignificant wrapping was worn through in areas and the pallet was broken. I made a notation of this on the shipping ticket. There are scuff marks through the powder coating in 43 places and some to the metal. This product cost a lot of money and I'm totally unsatisfied! If you're going to sell something on the internet and then ship it across country...CRATE IT PROPERLY!

Purchased a bumper and other parts. Then they call and want $200 more shipping after I already Purchased. So Hdtruckware.com now has my business.

Been 8 weeks since I ordered my bumper. Still no bumper or update. Understand there are delays, but no excuses for lack of comminication.

It's been 3 weeks and still no parts, now they want to know how I liked them, its hard to say because i haven't seen 'em!

Overall very happy with my purchase from Bumper superstore. Grill guard arrived in less than 48 hours right to my door. I ordered the ranchhand for my 2017 ram 3500. It had a few small scuffs from shipping but no real damage. Fit was perfect. Installed myself in about an hour and a half.

Bumpersuperstore personnel were great. The third party shipper (Meyer Logistics) told me my item would arrive on Thursday and it didn't show until Monday with no further communication from them. Not impressed, but that's not bumpersuperstores fault. Otherwise I'm satisfied.
