Great experience would definitely do business again. Product arrived quickly and order was correct. Side note: If you live on a road where a semi truck or large box deliver truck cannot deliver then have it shipped to a place where it can, local business, where you work etc. I am only saying this because this isn't anywhere on the product page. When I was checking out it showed freight delivery but I knew that wasn't going to happen due to where I lived. Even after putting my address in, there were no red flags or anything that would have told me it wouldn't be delivered there. So I called before ordering and was told that driver might end up calling trying to coordinate or it would have been sent back to the warehouse and then there would be additional shipping charges.

The lack of notification on delivery date and time was a huge hassle. When ordering a bumper someone has to be at the delivery location to assist the carrier to unload it. I was not notified at all. I called to check up on it and they told me it should be at my house in 5 or 10 minutes. Thank goodness I got home in time to get it.

I was very happy with the product. I was very disappointed with the delivery service. In my opinion SAIA is running a scam in Albuquerque to make customers complete the last leg of the delivery themselves. No call no email, nothing. It sat parked in a trailer at the warehouse for two days. I had to call them to see if it had arrived. I was coerced into picking it myself or waiting another three days for it to make the final 20 miles of the delivery. They had my email address and phone number there was no excuse for that. When I got to the warehouse they wanted to copy my driver's license for the file. They didn't use any of the personal info I already gave them to deliver, I was insulted that they would ask me to provide additional of my personal info... FOR What? N Looking at SAIA's reviews on line this is not an isolated case. I think they actually recognize that there is a cumulative profit to be had by making everybody finish the delivery for them.

The front end replacement arrived from the seller damaged it was bent on three of the four corners. I had to have the installer hammer out the bends after it was installed. I was not to happy with that at all. The rear bumper arrived in good condition though.

BumperSuperstore is amazing. Unfortunately the shipping company Saia delivered the bumper early - 5 minutes and I had just spoken with the driver - and allowed my 16 year old son to sign for the bumper. This made me really unhappy because it was a gift for my son and now he knows and I didn't get a chance to inspect the bumper before he left. I am sure the bumper is fine based on my experience with BumperSuperstore. I guess we will find out on Christmas morning...

The delivery person was supposed to contact me 1 hour before they got there so I was out and got a call saying they were at my house. I had just started to eat so all I could do is tell them to drop it in my drive way. They called me when they got there no 1 hour before.

The ship time is what truly blew my away, as I literally had the bumper in my driveway less then 24 hours after placing the order. And the pricing couldn't be beat anywhere at all. Such a profressional and customer service driven company, that I will forever recommend.

The shipping box was pretty beat up, but the bumper was packed well enough as to not sustain any dents, dings or scratches. Installation was easy and it looks great against the blazin blue pearl paint on my Tacoma.

Ordered on Thursday morning, received parts Friday around dinner time...That was with standard shipping (which was free) Price for the product was a little below most other places...Good deal. No complaints about Bumperstore at all, already recommended them to friends. The product ordered had a few gripes about installation instructions (all true) but after installing the step on one side the other side took about 1/3rd. The time. Installed the side steps by myself in about 3.5 hrs. With common hand tools. Happy customer.

You had the wrong phone number and emailed at 11am during a work day, then Cancelled my order 2 hours later! Who looks at their email at work? Give 24 hrs. Then I reordered and was told delivery Friday or Monday, called your delivery people in SLC and no it would be Wednesday! I had to drive an hour and 20 mins each way to pick up my bumper.
Spoke to your 'Customer Service' she was the one who cancelled my original order and thus was defensive. No sorry, no concession for my 2.5 hours of time and gas to go pick them up.

I've been trying to contact customer service and they don't even help you out at all my bumper sticks out half an inch on each side and they tell me that they can't do anything about it cuz the bumper was mounted on the truck already how else are you supposed to tell the bumper is correct or not if you need to mount it on your truck

I purchased a Go Rhino nerf bar that was made for a dually (*******b). I had some questions and got a hold of their customer service right away. Cody was very helpful and informative. The product came in just a few days, and there was no outrageous freight charge. They were very easy to install, and look much better than I imagined. They appear to be solid and sturdy, and are a great compliment to my truck. I would definitely recommend this product and Bumper Superstore.

I was very impressed with the quality of this bumper. The fit to my vehicle is perfect and installation was simple. My friends are jealous and I have received several compliments. I highly recommend your products to others.

Ranch hand makes a good bumper for the money, but it could have been more plug and play. Electrical connectors, license plate lights, and frame mount bracket could have been more specifically designed to patch the o.e.m. Bumper.

Quick and easy so far. The delivery process was delayed a bit. Was under the impression they would contact me, but over all it was easy to track and the bumper arrived in a timely manner once delivery was set up. Very satisfied

Bumper looks awesome.During shipment the delivery service damaged the box then wrapped it so it wore the paint off to the metal on one side but i used some touch up paint to fix it other than than it was a great experience

The bumper store website was easy to use and to place orders on. And there customer service is top notch, they follow up on your order from start to finish. And they shipped out my order lighting fast. I ordered my bumper Thursday afternoon/evening and my bumper arrived that following Monday. I would recommend the Bumper Store to anyone! My bumper arrived in perfect condition, nicely packaged and arrived with everything that was suppose to get, and I was really impressed with the bumper that I bought from them. Bumper was shipped received in less than a week and undamaged compared to the exact bumper received from another car website. This website uses FedEx freight and I would use them again just for this reason. The package was undamaged and driver was very pleasant.

The bumper is awesome. Communications with the BumperSuperstore.com were lacking while the product was on back order. I was left wondering for weeks if we were going to receive the product. I had a conversation with my credit card company about putting the order in dispute, but I never. Please keep your customers up to date when their products are on back order.

Had a coupon listed for this purchase and it was invalid. Why list a coupon that will not work? This was very disappointing! I would have liked the product much better considering the damage to the powder coat if, I could have used the coupon that was listed with the product on your web page.

Easy to order, fast shipping, will order from again. Hammerhead bumpers are by far the best on the market, this is my second Hammerhead installed in a year and they fit perfect and are built like a tank. Hit a deer@ 73mph with my other truck and not even a dent in the bumper. Get the X series and don't worry about your truck again.

Great product at a very good price, the customer service was also very good.
The only thing i would suggest is to have ziptie tabs welding in place to allow proper securing of any wire harnesses. I eneded up using some rubber coated clamp secured to the light plate fasteners. All in all great product that looks amazing on my truck

The advertised photo of the brush guard did not match the delivered product. I mounted the brush guard with the protective wrapping still on. I did not want to scratch my new brush guard or my wife's truck. After install I unwrapped the brush guard to discover it was not the same product as advertised on the Bumper Super Store site. I notified the Bumper Super Store of the error and they explained that the advertised photo came from the manufacturer, Frontier Gear. I also advised them to look into similar model numbers as I believe they may also be inaccurate advertising photo's. They also advised me that since the bumper was already installed on my truck it is now considered "USED" and cannot be returned. They did offer a store credit. But they have not yet determined a dollar value. I am still waiting to hear from them.
