I ordered a bumper from Bumper superstore last May I have not received it and but a company called Daystar Products International charged my card $1812.38 for the bumper. It was supposed to be delivered in 5 to 6 weeks then mid august now no one is communicating with me. I have called multiple times, sent email, used their website contact form and no results. Order number 2306036 for a Frontier Gear 300-30-7008 Front Bumper for GMC Sierra 1500 2007-2013. My next call will be to the Arizona Attorney General's Office.
I've been waiting on a warn bumper for a 2018 gmc 2500 for a month and a half and yet to receive it. I will not be doing business here again.
I was very pleased with promptness on delivery of my bumper I was told 3-4 weeks for delivery and it ended up being about a week so I was pleasantly surprised and very happy with the product thank you.
Half of my order arrived on time, the other half I kept getting the run-a-round on when it would be shipped and while a refund was offered, there was no apology, no sympathy, and no proper explanation as to what was going on. I'm no happy with the service and I will NOT be ordering from this company again.
Not being able to order when I called customer service and ask about stock check on a bumper was annoying, but other than that everything was great. I was told I'd have to order online, not through customer service.
I wasn't exactly sure of what I would receive because there were pictures of more than one bumper associated with the item number. I was confused by this but ended up very happy because I did receive what I expected. Overall it was a great experience and the packaging was fantastic. There wasn't a scratch on it. The shippers did an excellent job. Thank you for your help.
Great quality product, that fit well and seems to be really solid. The ARB sticker fell off in transit and got creased under the weight of the bumper. It's been kind of a pain to get a new one to place on the bumper. Only complaint. Very minor.
My product arrived on time, the shipping company however scratched the item in 3 areas the pallet was damaged being a body shop I repaired the damage. However a $1500.00 item should arrive in pristine condition.
I tried to buy the numbers from someone else first, but they couldn't answer my questions. Bumper Superstore shipped fast a got here fast, and the delivery company was extremely nice and courteous.

I received two left bumper mounts. I spoke to Cody in customer service. Cody sent me an e-mail requesting a picture of the two left mounts next to each other so he could forward the picture to Fab Fours and request a right side Bumper Mount. Cody also stated if Fab Fours is out of stock on right side bumper mounts it will take a few days for them to build and powder coat. Cody is also going to request Fab Four to overnight ship the right side bumper mount to me. Excellent customer service with Cody from the bumper Superstore. This is not the bumper superstore's fault. Fab Fours shipped the wrong mount for the right side.
Fenders I ordered on August 7th said in stock ready to ship i didnt get any shipment info after 3 or 4 days i sent a email and was replied with out of stock should ship September 15th so I confirmed I would wait for them to ship Sept 17th i still havnt received any shipping info so I send a 2nd email asking for a update was told in the reply email that it would be 2nd week October well 2nd week of October still no info sent a 3rd email requesting another update was told end of October here it is November the 3rd and I have sent another email requesting them to cancel my order and have not received any reply as of yet will update when I hear back from this company
Everything was good from ordering, pricing, delivery. But, the bumper arrived and a week later when we went to install the bumper and removed it from the packaging, we noticed some DEEP Scratches on the bumper. We had removed old bumper and had to complete the install. So our brand new bumper has some major scratches.
Got it in way faster than what they originally told me, when it got to my house I lookeded it over real good. It was missing one of the lights (I'm sure thru shipping) called the shipping company and got a new light in 2 days. Overall this is a heavy duty bumper, exactly what I was looking for, would recommend The Bumper Store to anyone looking for a quality bumper at a reasonable price. 5 STARS in every aspect.
Nice web store. Communications were good with the store, and the delivery was made by AAA Cooper. The truck driver went over and beyond to help us out. He called me at 10am and I had to work until 4pm, he waited and met me at 4:30. Nothing was damaged, packaging was in good shape. Overall it went perfect.
I was unaware that the bumper was being delivered on a tractor trailer. When I received a phone call, saying I had to make an appointment, I tried calling them for 2 days. After I finally got in touch with them I had to commit to a delivery window from 9-6. They finally delivered it at 6 and that's when he showed up on a big rig.
The bumper was on a new small pallet, on top of a broken pallet, that had 8' 1x4's with nails sticking out. This is unacceptable for the amount of money I paid for this.
Plus I didn't receive the Shackle brackets I ordered. (Will contact them about that.)

I ordered the Fab Fours premium rear bumper for a 2017 Tundra TRD Pro. The bumper is well built and looks great. I would recommend if someone is after one of the Fab Fours bumpers, order from BumperSuperstores.com.
The people I talked too, were great but the bumper came damaged and missing the lights. I am waiting to hear back about compensation for the damage and the lights, also not enough washers were included
The previous bumper that I purchased was the incorrect bumper, and it took twice as long as projected to arrive at the freight forwarding terminal. I'm only using Bumper Superstore because there is only one option for the rear bumper, so I would hope it couldn't get screwed up like my front bumper was.
I tried to buy the Bodyguard 5% discount but did not checkout in time (midnight at end of the month). The next day when I tried to complete the purchase the price went up $200. I called to see if the store would still apply a 5% discount, which the sales manager did. I wish the previous price was still honored but at least I got some discount.
Product was shipped shortly after the order and arrived quickly. I contacted customer service with a question after I placed the order and never got a response. Other than that, it was a good experience
On the rear bumper, the parking sensor holes were too small to use factory grommets and the ones sent with the bumper will not hold the sensors in place. The fix is to drill out the holes and use the factory grommets. The trailer plug required work as well. The clips will not grab the interior of the bumper to hold the plug assembly in place. The front bumper required me to buy some new bolts. The ones sent were too small. And who in their right mind would use a 3/8 bolt in a 1/2 bolt hole on a front bumper.
Was good to find a selection that fit my older model truck.
Price was reduced as soon as I received the bumper, I am waiting to see if they will price match themselves. If they will, I will buy the matching rear bumper. If not, I will take my business elsewhere.
After purchasing two bumpers from your competition, one order was cancelled (5-7 days to process order, 3 weeks delivery time!), 2nd order was the wrong bumper ( picture and model number was not what they sent me) I ordered from you on a Thursday and the right bumper was delivered the following Tuesday. Couldn't ask for faster service for a 300 lb bumper! Thanks!
The picture of the item was not correct on web page. So, I got wrong item. They were not willing to compensate me any on the $100 price difference. They acted like they were doing me a favor to offer to pay to return the incorrect item.
