Everything was ok except for shipping. Even though they say they ship with ups or FedEx, they don't. They tried to use some random Meyers logistics wich ended up not being able to ship it the rest of the way, from Oregon to north kitsap. Then no communication. Then after I called them they said they were changing deliverys, which took forever. And when I scheduled a drop off time they got to my house an hour early, meaning I wasn't there.

I was missing parts and am unable to complete installation. Your company said they would reach out to DV8 I also have reached out to DV8. They requested proof of purchase which I supplied and then I can get nothing back from them now so I am now unable to use my new bumper and tire carrier. I had already un installed and sold my old carrier and bumper. Which is my fault for thinking I would get a complete quality product but now I have no way to carrier a spare tire.

Inadequate shipping info. I had to call in older to get the shipping data. The bumper pckage was shipped via freight, I ended up doing a dockside pick up due to their limited delivery options. Overall, I am pleased with the purchase.

Product came in a timely manner and was exactly what I was wanting. Faily easy install that looks great! Only issue was with the overally quality of the product. It did have some minor flaws in some welds that hopefully don't lead to rust in the future. Overall very satisfied!

Great shopping experience. Only recommendation is to breakout the grille guard regarding operation for front camera and adaptive cruise control. State 'allows for operation of front camera and/or adaptive cruise control (ACC).' Page just listed front camera/adaptive cruise control in a line entry. You can have the ACC use when you don't have a front camera. I had to send a question in to ask about their operation. I notice the thunderstuck was updated at the top for ACC use. Great shipping free!

I called and left a voicemail and no call back, my package was just dropped off before I could check it for defects, they just left. I unwrapped the bumper and it has gouging and a ton of spots where is smashed and rubbed and it missing paint, was shipped with no care and looks horrible.

Placing my order was quick and easy. I received everything earlier than expected, a big plus. The bumper and winch arrived in perfect condition, another big plus. I couldn't be happier or more satisfied. Nothing was complicated or confusing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend BumperSuperStore to my closest friends. Shipping was a joke! It took over a week to get shipped, was told free shipping and was still charged because they decided my farm wasn't a business. After lengthy argument with customer service I paid cost. Was delivered on truck with no way to unload and I had to unload with my loader!

The bumper arrived with a box that showed some rough shipping but the foam and care that was taken to protect the bumper worked great, no scratches or anything.

The BumperSuperstore website was very easy to navigate and placing my order could not have been easier. I had my new Frontier bumper within 4 days of placing my order and it was exactly as advertised. I am very pleased with the service I received.

So far site was easy to use and got my discount and free shipping. We will see how the rest of the process goes. Upon receiving my bumper, I realized that the packaging was not adequate for the weight and size of the bumper. Could not see any damage when bumper was in delivery truck so I accepted it and took pictures of the packaging before removing bumper from scraps of packaging. Upon further inspection of bumper, found that bumper was severely scratched and texture was gone in spots from being drug around. Took pictures and contacted Bumpersuperstore and filed a claim. Unfortunately they only wanted to give me a 125 dollar credit, even though a body shop had quoted the damage out at around 300. They were pretty quick to send me a new bumper. The second bumper I received was in much better shape. I still think the packaging was inadequate, however this packaging was intact and still protecting the bumper.

Bumper is awesome put delivery timeline was wayyy off... I took of work to be there and help driver unload only to find out I was going to have to wait til the following Monday. I drove over and hour to pick my bumper up from the trucking company so I could get my vehicle back on the road for work!

Very confusing about shipping, says free shipping, then states will charge, then again free shipping. Which one is it and why do I have to pay for my purchase before the shipping is totaled/added? I still do not know if I am getting free shipping. Then the product came chipped and minor dented.

The bumper super store was very responsive and helpful with tracking and keeping me up to date with my order. The rear bumper I received from Boondock was shipped very nicely. Fully protected with a strong box and covered in a protective plastic and padding. The bumper fits perfectly.

Dear Bumper Super Store:

The BD*******-TO arrived fine & timely. The basket is as I expected. The tow-bar however will not work on my vehicle. My vehicle has a custom bumper with a Curt hitch. The assembled tow bar & basket configuration can not be used because the tow bar is too short. Interestingly, the included center beam configuration is long enough to work OK on the vehicle. I will not be towing.

Can I return the tow bar? Based on your pricing, it appears the tow bar option added $116 to the non-tow product cost of $94.

I called and spoke to a pleasant person. I explained that I wanted to order from a person and not online. My order was taken. The price I paid for my ATV hauler rack was the lowest on the Web. I received it very quickly in perfect condition with no shipping charge. The rack works great. Happy customer, what else can I say!

The Ranch Hand Bumper I received had 3 bad paint blemishes on the top of the center bar. I own a body shop so we had to sand these areas down, prime, and refinish the Left vertical bar and the top center bar.
Also, I ordered a bumper without sensors and fog lamps but the one I received came in with holes for both. Thank goodness the customer decided to live with the holes because he needed his truck back in service and couldn't be without the bumper for another week.
This is the first incorrect bumper we have ever received from this company. It is also the first with paint defects that I have seen from Ranch Hand or this company. I have pictures of the paint defects I would love to send you all so that you can see the defects if you could tell me where to send them.

Contacted Customer help and they answered all my questions expertly to help me decide if the product would be compatible with my land cruiser.

The only problem is with the directions, or lack thereof, that came with the ARB Bumper. They were the worst. I was able to get the bumper on securely, but that was due to my mechanical ability, NOT the directions.

Beware buyers of the lack of detailed directions with this product.

Communication was prompt and clear. Bumper for Honda Pioneer 1000-5 was on back order from the manufacturer at time of order. Was advised of an expected delivery date. Manufacturer shipped out bumper earlier than expected. Packaging could not have been better from ToughCountry. Will buy from BumperSuperstore again!

Easy to buy. Now will see if everything comes correctly. The bumper I ordered was redesigned so when it got here it wasn't the same bumper as the one I ordered. So I had to settle for the redesigned version. Was not happy about it but will live with it. They did change the description after I complained about it.

I had to buy new bolts and nuts for the roll bar. It was supposed to fit a 2014 ram 1500 but the bolts werent long enough to fit through my bed rails. The rams have a second piece of metal below the original rail making the bolts too short to reach through both. And one of the holes doesnt line up no matter how you adjust the roll bar so i can't fully tighten down one of the screens on the roll bar. Othen than that it looks good.

Ordering was easy, and hassle free. The towtector was easy to install. I have yet to tow with it, so I do not know yet if it will do the job I want it to do, which is protect my horse trailer from rocks and mud when towing

Cody in returns is amazing. I messed up my order, called to see how I could fix it and he worked with me and Bumpersuperstore to resolve the problem and get the correct product sent to me. I will definitely return to them and refer people to them!
