Bumper Superstore

I had to call a couple times and finally found out that the third party they order from wasn't answering calls or shipping items. I had already paid for the item and it hadn't shipped after 2 weeks so I was a little unhappy to know I may not get it. But, the customer service rep was great and continued to call the third party until the item was shipped. The product is great quality.

The only inconvenient part of this order was having to ship the parts to a commercial or business address and having inadequate tracking. I blame the tracking on bumpersuperstore but the commercial address requirement.

The online bumpersuperstore was easy to pick what i was looking for and checkout was just as easy. But as for the shipping. They suck. I found my bumper, lights, and rest of my order on the side of the road in front of my house no one called no one came to the door. $3200 of stuff sitting out on the side of the road. Also the bumper box was damaged. I looked at the bumper doesn't look like there is any damage. This was BS

Overall was very happy with the product.
I received a phone call stating that bumper would be here Thursday. Bumper did not arrive. Received phone call stating bumper would arrive Monday. Bumper did arrive Monday. As a business, I set my customers expectations that the bumper would arrive on Thursday. If I would have been told that the bumper would arrive on Monday from the start, I would have zero issue.
I could not be happier with the product. Only concern was the arrival date timeline.

Really happy with the deal I got. I have always noticed that Bumper Superstore had very good prices on their products, but I was also very happy to find a code on the site for 10% off the bumper I was buying. Saved me a bunch.
Recieved the bumper a day early, and the delivery driver was awesome as well. Couldn't be happier.

I recived my products fast and in great condition! I had a great experience with customer service as well! When I originally placed my order, the item I wanted was on back order. With a couple hours I received an email notifying me that it would take a lot longer to receive it, and gave me a suggestion with a link to a similar product. After I agreed to change my order, I didn't have to do anything, they just updated everything for me.

Staff was friendly. Product arrived fast and I am very impressed with the ARB bumper. However they did not ship everything needed to mount the bumper to vehicle so working with Bumper Superstore and 4wheeldrive parts to resolve this issue.

One of the products I ordered was a taillight kit for a Versahaul Motorcycle Carrier. It is advertised as having a license plate light, but didn't include one. I later discovered the manufacturer part number in your ad is for the taillight kit without a license plate light. I had to buy one separately and wire it in myself.

Also, my complete address was not sent to the manufacturer who shipped the products direct from the factory. I was able to track the packages sent to the post office and receive them before they were returned to the sender.

Terrible communication, deceptive advertising, would never use bumpersuperatore again. Bumper took over two weeks to arrive after a short delivery window was promised. Read the hundreds of bad reviews on this business and believe them!

Would be nice to be given more than a 1 day notice that my item would be delivered the next day had to call in to work to be there recieved an email at 2pm that it would be delivered tomorrow overall package ok some of the powder coat was chipped of from being on a wooden skid with nails sticking out.

When I received my initial order it was incomplete, I called bummer store and told them what happened and they got right on it. Although I wasn't happy with my order not being complete, Jeff was the man and got the rest of the parts overnighted and I received them the next day. Long story short Jeff is the man and was a pleasure to work with.

It is a shame when I purchase a Premium FabFours bumper, that it looks like a 10 year old powder coated it. I am disappointed. The purchase and shipping from bumper superstore was effortless and great. The finished product, not so much!

Ordered a Bumper on 1/21/21 I Called on 2/2/21 never answered my Call waited 3 hours No answer. Bumper Superstore received my payment.

I ordered the wrong part at first because the photo was misleading but customer service was very quick to respond and refund my innitial order and help me with getting the correct part. I was sceptical at first but they have earned my trust and continued buisness.

The delivery i had to go to the shipping wharehouse to pick it up the needed someone at the house upon delivery&they delivered in semi truck they coud not get in driveway so had to pick up at the shipper packing wasnt greatest when i got my bumper it had couple nast scratches on it

Ordering the bumper was very easy however, when receiving the order there wasn't a information package on how to modify my trucks existing bumper for the fit of the new and it was missing the bolts to bolt the bumper to the wench plate I called the bumper store and they gave me the number to the vendor and left numerous msgs with no response how ever the quality of the bumper is great

Ive just placed my first order with bumper superstore. Since my order hasn't even been processed yet, much less shipped or received, I cannot complete an order survey accurately.
Ask me again in 7days and my answers could be far different.!update!
Due to the snowstorm the week of delivery, the item was late. THIS WAS NOT BUMPER SUPERSTORE'S FAULT!
FedEx already had the package. Mother Nature was not cooperative.

Unfortunately the bumper I received is damaged. The pallet it was strapped to was broken and everytime it was moved by a pallet jack it was dinged up. I just unpacked it today and discovered it. It wasn't visible from the top side. I'll be contacting customer service to see what can be done.

Nice bumper, packaged really well so no scratches or scrapes. However the bag of fastners inside the main cardboard wrappingvwas ripped open and there were fastners (hundreds) loose in the cardboard wrapping. The cardboard was also ripped. After several hours of searching and sorting and counting...they are all there- a miracle. Will install next week and repost there are problems.

Luck has it we have affiliations in the USA. You do not ship internationally which really limits your market however I am using a supplier in the USA to trann ship to Australia.
As an Australian I can not be a member of your business as your soft ware as not allow unless you have a USA address. You guys need to think big picture and make Americia great again. I think it is already great.
