My order showed was processed and arrived very fast. Within 72 hours. I know I live in a state bordering their warehouse, but still, they are on top of it.

I ordered my Ranch Hand Legend Wednesday night and it was at the shop before noon on Monday I will be using them for more parts

Good website flow. Easy to find what you are looking for. Did receive wrong light plates...but in the process of sending these back to get correct ones.

Could have used better instructions the pictures were almost illegible but being an engineer I was able to figure it out just took an extra hour or so

The women we dealt with was not friendly at all and argued over delivering to a residence. It made no sense. We have 3 other trucks and will look elsewhere for more bumpers.

Order was quick and easy, shipped on time, had some issues about delivery to house so I ended up picking up from shipping company. Little inconvenient but not the end of the world. Happy otherwise

Great quality at an even better price, little hard to navigate website, However calling conformation after order and the follow ups are very nice. Will be back in the near future for a rear bumper.

Butt load of coupon codes and promo codes on the web that don't work! Price on bumper appears to be set by manufacturer, so since it shipped free I won't complain too much.

Bumper came in a timely fashion. Was good quality no damage. Would do it again very satisfied with product only thing I would recommend is easier tracking for non members

Installed grille guard on Wednesday, hit my first deer (Big Buck) on Friday. The guard received a couple of nicks, and prevented truck damage. It paid for itself in two days.

It was good but the website just seems slightly outdated. Also the instructions need some serious improvement. It's not too bad to figure out but still could use an update.

There were a couple of small chips in the powder coating from shipping damage, you customer service rep. Cody was very responsive and did a great job fixing the issue.

Very pleased with the order, shipped quick, on time and in good shape. Don't plan to install for a couple of weeks but looks good so hope it fits good.

Product took forever to even be processed. I contacted CS they just kept saying tomorrow. Two weeks later it showed up. Doesn't fit snug to body, requested to return two days ago and still no reply.

Love the bumpers! Fit was perfect, and easy to install. I live in Texas, and my orders were shipped from Texas warehouse, so only took a couple of days.

The deliveries were timely, and products as advertised. I was surprised to receive my lights in a separate shipment from the bumper, and wish you had forewarned me that would be the case.

The employees were very helpful. The bumper was shipped to us and receive in timely fashion. And everything worked as it should. I will use them again.

Would like more photos of the product I am purchasing that are specific to the vehicle it is mounted on. Also details about how to resolve problems that may arise in mounting the product. I placed my order on 12/10/16, a Saturday and the bumper was not delivered until 12/19/16 10 days later. I was not pleased that the company did not respond to my email inquiry on 12/14 to find out if my order had been shipped. I followed up the next day-12/15 with a call to customer support. They phone was picked up but no one would respond to me. My wife then called on her cell phone (with a different area code & number) and they answered immediately. Then proceeded to put her on hold for several minutes until responding with the status of my shipment. The bumper was at freight warehouse within 50 miles of me on 12/15/16-Thursday but they would not deliver it until 12/19/16-Monday. L Buyers should be aware that the items are not shipped from the company and may take more than a week to be delivered depending on your location to the supplier!

Website was a bit unclear (had multiple options to add a front receiver) but overall clear and easy to use. Bumper looks great - we'll see if it lasts as long as the one on the other truck!

Website is simple and concise. Pretty straightforward experience. Delivered 1 day earlier than expected and delivery person called 1 hour ahead which gave me time to drive from work to meet him.

Cheapest prices anywhere online. Easy shopping throughout the website, was a breeze.

Ordering was easy. Customer service great. It did take a while to receive my order. Waiting for a weekend off to install. Do I can't comment and gif and alignment yet.
