I ordered a bumper from Bumper superstore last May I have not received it and but a company called Daystar Products International charged my card $1812.38 for the bumper. It was supposed to be delivered in 5 to 6 weeks then mid august now no one is communicating with me. I have called multiple times, sent email, used their website contact form and no results. Order number 2306036 for a Frontier Gear 300-30-7008 Front Bumper for GMC Sierra 1500 2007-2013. My next call will be to the Arizona Attorney General's Office.

We have ordered a number of items through Bumper Superstore over the years and have always been satisfied with the service. I ordered a $2100 bumper from them in early September. I was emailed it would be 3 to 5 days. That time came and went. I emailed again-cannot get anyone on the phone-and was told that it would be 3 to 4 more weeks. That time came and went and after emailing and calling daily for the last week I called DPI Off Road. The representative at DPI Off Road told me that Bumper Superstore has been in receivership since July. The company that took over assets for Bumper Superstore is RESOLUTE COMMERICAL SERVICES. Hopefully they will be able to get my money back. In case anyone else is having this issue, their number is *******081.

I spoke with a service rep before ordering to find out how soon a bumper was available, and he helped me determine which bumpers were in stock for immediate shipment. I placed my order after looking at the options and received my bumper in 3 days. Free shipping, no nonsense pricing, solid packaging and real customer service. I am not easily impressed, but this is a top notch company that actually does what is says when it says it will do it. I highly recommend them. BTW the bumper is perfect, all fasteners, perfect bolt on. I did it by myself with forks on my skid steer loader to lift and hold in less than an hour including removal of the old bumper. I will buy again.

They sent me the wrong bumper. It took two weeks just to get a response back from them. I called and emailed everyday. It has now been almost 4 months and I'm still waiting on a refund. This is a terrible company to work with.

I bought this winch 5 months ago, tested after install with no problems. Went to use it for the first time last week and it just clicks.
Solenoids are both not working.
Tried e-mailing the company to ask about getting it fixed/replaced.
I have yet to receive a response.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Will only communicate through email and only at their convenience.

Placed an order on 02/28/21. The order has still not been fulfilled. No notice at the POS that the item was not available or in a back order status. After multiple emails "customer service" finally confirmed shipment from the manufacturer scheduled for 06/22/21. What?!

Since that date, Monday 04/12/21, I have sent multiple emails requesting cancellation of the unfulfilled portion and a return authorization for the portion I have received. No response from customer service, nothing.

I will seek a legal remedy and see where that leads.

Absolutely disgraceful.

Ordered a Tough Country bumper 2/7/21. Asked for an update on my order 4/2/21... crickets, finally call Tough Country, the manufacturer and they just received my order today 4/8! Have already waited 8 wks for zilch! Oh but they have had their money since day after my order. No one, and I mean no one answers the phone at this place. I'll never do business with them again... horrible service!

Here I am a month out rope customer service three times asking for tracking number all three times they said my bumper has been sent out still haven't gotten it tried calling their customer service three separate times at an hour and a half each call with no one getting on a phone with me this is highly ridiculous especially when you spend thousands at a store

I ordered a new bumper and used the add-on feature (fog lights, shackles, shackle isolators and a bolt on 2" receiver). I paid around $1700 for the package and I placed the order last year around July (2022). It is mid-October 2023 and I am still waiting on a shackle. They originally sent 1 shackle and I ordered "a Pair of Shackles" on their site. At first they made me take a picture of the package to show I only received one shackle. Then they said they would order it. Every few months I would call and they would give me the run around. Eventually they said it was on back-order. This has been going on for the past 11 months now. Their customer service is horrible. I still don't have a resolution.

Very well made all steel (not thin steel) bumper with a very thick black powder coat finish. Instructions were very simple to follow and finished product installed is exactly the look for my truck I was going for.

It has been a week in a half since I placed my order. I haven't gotten any emails what so ever with the tracking number or that it has been shipped. I have contact customer service many times and no response yet. Seriously next time I rather pay more for a company that is going to guarantee the shipping. I will never do business with this company again.

Poor communication, nothing on website regarding astronomical freight charges, lady was so rude! Called me this morning and cancelled my whole order and said the bumper wasn't in stock! I emailed several times and called several times. When I start pressing about my order, this is what I get. Ordered and paid for a bumper. $2000! And they can't manage to cover freight. There is nothing on their site saying they only cover $100 of freight! Just a big joke! Go somewhere else because this place doesn't care!

shop else where!!

Placed my order October 1,2021. Received an email stating the hitch was on back order 2 days AFTER ordering it because the website said it was in stock. I have contacted customer service multiple times about the when to expect the item, only to get a half $#*! answer. The website displays false information, which I have asked about multiple times and no changes what so ever. Almost a month and no one has any answers!

If I could give a zero star rating I would! I ordered a bumper for my truck back in March of 2023. It is now 5 months later and I still have not received the item I purchased. They took my money (nearly $1,300) but cannot give me a clear answer as to where my item is. I have called them several times and I just get the run around from them. I finally made a complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau. I cannot write a bad enough review about this company. They'll take your money but won't send you the item you ordered and they won't give you a clear answer as to where or when you'll receive the item purchased. Beware of this company, they are a complete rip off! My recommendation to anyone who has had a similar experience to report this company to the Better Business Bureau so that they don't continue to steal people's money.

Ordered bumper nothing on site said anything about shipping back order, I hit pay and then I'm told 6-8 weeks for delivery. So 6 weeks later I am told 4-5 more weeks. No compensation for my time and I get no answers other than supplier issues. Will never order anything from here again. So I'll just sit and wait for my order and hopefully it shows up sometime before the end of the year.

I placed an order two different times online. Both times, the item never showed up. I would wait until well after the estimated delivery date and then call to check on the order. Both times they apologized, said there was a little delay, but assured me that my item had shipped. Then they would email me a fake tracking number that had never been registered. Each consecutive time I would call, they would continue to lie to me telling me the item was on the way. Finally, about 6 weeks after initially placing my order, they would tell me my order had never shipped and they did not know when they would be able to get it out. It's terrible for them to treat a customer like this once, but twice?!? Unbelievable! I hate this store! Please save yourself the trouble and steer clear!

Beware. The item you wish to purchase may say "In-Stock" when in fact nothing could be further from the truth. It is not in-stock and will take many weeks for you to receive it. When contacting customer service about your order you will be told you agreed to delays... it does say inconspicuously at the bottom of the item description. Shady way to do business. I will never place another order and will make sure I tell every potential customer I meet of their practices and rude customer service.

Ordered a product over 30 days ago. Only email I received was that it would be two weeks before it ships. Its been 45 days and Im yet to receive my product and they will not get back to me. I will never order from this company.

I ordered a bumper step for my truck, my card was charged that night. Now more than 3 weeks later the website still shows that I do not have an order when I try to check status even though I have an order number. I have sent 4 emails asking for a status update and only received 2 response stating that they would have information "early next week".

Very sad business practice but Bumper Superstore doesn't even have some items listed for sale on their site. I ordered matching front/rear replacement bumpers. Was told a week after purchasing only rear was available and I'd have to wait a month for front... then, sorry, front may be another month! I was charged for purchase. They still have this front unit showing as available on their site! Terrible business practices!

They suck!
I placed an order with them in April of this year. Just found out via email with no call back but they never placed the order and it's May 28. It was completely no follow through and they were thoroughly and Incompetent. I would suggest finding somebody else to buy your numbers through. I'm going directly to the company I chose

Our order was delivered on time and completely as expected. We ordered the Anderson Rapid Jack. We haven't had an occasion to use it yet, but are so glad to have it with us when traveling with our RV.

The worst service I think I've ever had. Ordered a bumper. Waited 41/2 months for them to finally tell me it would probably several more months. Suggest that I order a different bumper. I did, supposed to be here with in a couple weeks. 7 weeks later still no bumper. I have called them several times with no answer. Emailed them about 7 times. Then I get an email saying Refunded In Full Today. That's it no explanation. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Buy some where else. You will probably out of business by the time someone reads this!

Returned my bumper emailed them for a month now trying to get my money refunded still haven't got it back and now they won't email me back and tell me when I will receive my refund even sent them a photo of a copy of the tracking from the shipping company showing that they have received the bumper back and can't get an answer on where my money is won't ever do business again worst customer service.

I ordered on May 5, never received any order confirmation or number. When I reached out to get it the response time was far from timely and the reason was backwards! Not sure how these guys are still in business if this is how they treat customers. Can't review the "Anderson leveling blocks" because I have not received them!
