I can't speak highly enough of the exceptional service I received from this website. Every interaction, from navigating their user interface to completing my purchase, was marked by a level of convenience that's truly praiseworthy.
I ordered a bumper from Bumper superstore last May I have not received it and but a company called Daystar Products International charged my card $1812.38 for the bumper. It was supposed to be delivered in 5 to 6 weeks then mid august now no one is communicating with me. I have called multiple times, sent email, used their website contact form and no results. Order number 2306036 for a Frontier Gear 300-30-7008 Front Bumper for GMC Sierra 1500 2007-2013. My next call will be to the Arizona Attorney General's Office.

I was confused they said it was going to be 3 weeks then I received the bumper in a week everything was good except the skid plate was silver not black like I requested.

They have a great price on the bumpers. But out of nowhere i get a call from them to charge me for shipping. This is after i typed in my zipcode and their site showed me to shipping charge.
Shipping information was an issue. First info said shipped gave a tracking number only to find that it had been voided. Second shipping info gave wrong carrier and tracking number.

Shipping was good and got product in good shape. The Go Rhino rear bumper fit well only issue was using the license plate lights to hold the plate on. Good product overall.

They shipped fast! The Ranch Hand Bumper came on a pallet on a truck and they called the day before to arrange delivery. All in all a good experience!
The first bumper ordered was for the wrong vehicle type. We thought we had exchanged the bumper for the correct vehicle type but both bumpers were delivered within 1 hour of each other.
