The box the part was delivered in appeared to be reboxed multiple times and shipped around the US.

All pieces appear to be included. Will not know until I install.

Your shipping company and tracking is lacking to say the least. The Iron Cross bumper is exactly as advertised, heavy duty, looks good and made in the USA.

The bumper I received had multiple scratches on it one even gouged the steel. Nothing bumpersuperstore could do because it was the shipping companies fault

Found what I wanted at the best possible price. The bumper was packaged extremely well and even FedEx wasn't able to damage the package enough to scratch the ends or any part of the bumper.

Placed the order on Wednesday recieved the bumper in great shape Saturday morning. Bumper mounted Saturday afternoon. Looks great. Would buy from theses guys again.

Awesome product. Great service. Love the look of the bumper, heavy duty but at the same time wasn't heavy enough to weight down the front end and change the look of the vehicle.

The only issue was the description on the box was wrong. Correct part number but I did email before it was opened. Everything was fine. Installing the seal for the swingout was a little big.

Please ship UPS or USPS. Our Fed Ex here is a contractor and everything goes in a box van with no shelving or tie downs so more sensitive packages get damaged.

Hard to give a 100% accurate feedback of the products I received; they appear to be fine but have yet to have unwrapped them due to I am getting them installed Friday

Only thing I didn't like was every time I selected a product from a search, it would take me back to the beginning of the search not back to the spot I had been at.

Our son is in the service and had added this to his Christmas wish list along with the opportunity to install with his Dad, this was a Christmas to remember!
