I can't speak highly enough of the exceptional service I received from this website. Every interaction, from navigating their user interface to completing my purchase, was marked by a level of convenience that's truly praiseworthy.
I ordered a bumper from Bumper superstore last May I have not received it and but a company called Daystar Products International charged my card $1812.38 for the bumper. It was supposed to be delivered in 5 to 6 weeks then mid august now no one is communicating with me. I have called multiple times, sent email, used their website contact form and no results. Order number 2306036 for a Frontier Gear 300-30-7008 Front Bumper for GMC Sierra 1500 2007-2013. My next call will be to the Arizona Attorney General's Office.
This is my second bumper from you guys. It Ship fairly fast. Hope this one comes quickly. Lots of complements on my rear bumper.
My over all experience was good, however I did nt care for the price change during my price comparison over a couple of days.
Have not had a chance to ensure it fits. Truck ended up in a body shop so have to wait till I get it back on Tuesday.
Product shipped to me is not what I ordered! Which is holding up delivery of vehicle to customer and not making me or her happy at all!

There was a back order so just waiting for delivery date, so I can't comment on a product I don't have yet.
Got my order fast. My problem is with Ranch Hand the rear bumper will not fit a 2019 2500 ram. And the craftsmanship of the bumper is poor.
It fits good. Delivery guy just dropped it in the middle of the driveway and left it even though he had instructions to put it by the barn.
The box wasn't damaged but the bumper had a spot that the paint and or powder coat was rubbed off during shipping.
I kept seeing all these reviews of people not getting their product and not getting refunds and poor customer service. Bumpersuperstore had hands down the best price (by a couple hundred dollars) on the frontier truck gear bumper for my f250. I noticed that they had a PayPal option (pretty much guaranteed a refund if something went wrong), sonic rolled the dice and ordered it.
The day I ordered it I got my order confirmation. The day after my shipping confirmation. The next week their delivery service showed up at 7am and the delivery guy was super helpful. The only reason I gave it four stars was because of the packaging (brown paper wrapped in black shrink wrap) which led to a few Nicks in the paint.
The actual bumper looks beautiful and was pretty easy to install. I did it in less than 45 minutes from removal of the oem bumper, installation of the fog lights into the new bumper and mounting the bumper to the frame. The bolts they send you WILL WORK with all the washers, you just have to get the nut started and torque it down.
For the f250 oem bumper removal you will need an 18mm socket, 13mm socket, an socket wrench extension, a Philips head screw driver and a flat head. For the installation you will need an impact wrench with a 19mm socket and a 19mm wrench to hold the bolt head while you tighten the nut.
Easy to use web site, looking at and ordering was made easy. I wish all sites were this easy to navigate.
