I can't speak highly enough of the exceptional service I received from this website. Every interaction, from navigating their user interface to completing my purchase, was marked by a level of convenience that's truly praiseworthy.
I ordered a bumper from Bumper superstore last May I have not received it and but a company called Daystar Products International charged my card $1812.38 for the bumper. It was supposed to be delivered in 5 to 6 weeks then mid august now no one is communicating with me. I have called multiple times, sent email, used their website contact form and no results. Order number 2306036 for a Frontier Gear 300-30-7008 Front Bumper for GMC Sierra 1500 2007-2013. My next call will be to the Arizona Attorney General's Office.

Bumper had a dent. No parts list. Directions were not helpful. Installation was more difficult than necessary.

I couldn't easily find accessories for My FJ Cruiser, and I wanted to buy them with this order. I finally gave up after much searching.
I had to fabricate brackets for the light bar in the middle because it wouldn't fit even tho it was one of the ones the company recommended.
Would be nice to have categories by vehicle model and year, and not need to go through each manufaturer
