Bumper Superstore

After a phone call to verify if item was in stock and estimated shipping time I was assured the item was in stock at supplier and would ship next day after order placed. Person I spoke to assured me the order would come by his desk and he would make sure it was placed. No problem... right. Short version is I leave in 3 days for 5 months without the item needed for this trip. Appears Bumper Superstore is good at taking orders and money but short on placing the orders with there supplier.

I placed an order for items on 4/28 here it is 5/14and nothing. They charged me and I haven't gotten an email back of where it is. No one answers the phone or returns emails! Don't order from this company spend your hard earned money elsewhere!

Billed my credit card on 2/5/21 and still don't have product. Verified it was in stock and still doesn't ship out like website promised.
Customer service does not answer phones, only want to respond via email. Still don't have product. Contacted shipping company and they say they are 3rd party vendor(myers logistics) and have shipped to wrong address. No one takes responsibility. If u make this many mistakes, u should stop, locate merchandise and overnight freight to customer. I would highly suggest not to use this company.

I've been waiting for 2 months on a bumper that said in stock ships in 1-3 days. Two months later it still hasn't shipped and still says in stock on their website. Bumper superstore is a joke. 10 out of 10 do NOT recommend

I have been trying to get updated on Jeep doors that we ordered in May and it's the end of July. I have emailed customer service and Berber got any response. I have called four times now and I've been told there's no info but I should receive them within four weeks of placing my order. These were my birthday present and I wanted them so badly for our beach trip next week. Today I was advised the company is waiting on hinges to be painted then it will ship out in four days! I asked to cancel this order back on June 10th I was hoping to get a refund of the 989.00 and purchase from another company but I was told no cancellations were allowed. She said I can return them after I receive them but I will be charged $200.00 for restocking fee. I had to learn the hard way, hope you have better luck!

Crooks... do Not buy from these people! Took me for $1100, had to canceled order due to back order and still have not refunded my money and it's been over a week, after multiple emails. Now no answer no respond! SCAMMERS! I will blas

Select my bumpers go to cart enter zip code says free shipping and pay, couple hours later get a call we need to charge you couple hundred for shipping, that's bull$#*!, should have bought direct from bodygaurd, wont be buying from here or recommending anyone buy from here.

Bought the evolution front bumper for my 2018 ram 3500. Loved it for the first year then the finish on it started to fail. Small rust spots started to appear after the first winter on the upper cross bars. Broke both tow hooks off the evolution mounting plates they were welded on with only one weld pass very cheaply done. Would not recomend if you use your truck as a truck 1 star

Recently purchased the rear bumper to match the front and not a happy camper welds rough at best when there was. Also had many incomplete welds spent 3 days smoothing and rewelding problem areas Must not have a very good quality control department No I would not recommend this company to build another bumper till there work improves

I ordered a Ranch Hand Legend for my Ram 3500 on April 01,2021. I was originally told 6 to 8 weeks due to back order. I have been told repeatedly since then, only 4 more weeks, that's if I can get a reply. At the end of November, I will have waited 8 months. They can collect the money, but I cannot get them to fulfill the order.

Bumper Super Store, worst company I have ever felt with, they sent the wrong bumper and then I tried calling and emailing for over a month with no response to my calls or emails. If Matt does not respond I will be following up with a lawsuit! This company doesn't deserve a rating but it looks like I'll have to give one star to get my review in! One pisted off customer!

Placed a $2k order and was told it would ship in 1-3 days. It's been over 40 days since they processed my payment, but it still has not shipped. I'll never order f from them again. I can't review the product, because I still don't have it!

I ordered a bumper 8+ months ago that has never showed up. Each time the arrival date passed, I would email and get a new excuse and a new lied upon ETA. After 6 months I called the bumper manufacturer, who had no information about an order for me. I was finally able to get ahold of someone on the phone and they admitted the order was never submitted to the manufacturer, but that had been taken care of. Now I have just received a full refund without any word from this horrible company on why they sat on my money for over 8 months and never even tried to make things right. Nothing but lies. I don't expect this to be posted, because this company is a scam.

Ordered nearly $1k in product, was charged, and still have not gotten shipping confirmation 17 days later. No response when I ask for refund since they're not fulfilling order. No answer on phone lines and sketchy responses via email. Do not do business with this business.

There customer service is a joke. They won't take phone calls and email will only respond in 24 to 48 hours. Still waiting on a response. Item was in stock and ordered on 4/1 and haven't heard anything. Today is 4/8. Be wary.

Call on the 27 of Dec to return the parts. Have them in the box they came in. Call for a return, wanted picture of the label box. I sent in ten minutes of the call. They need approval form Body Armor. Still waiting for the return label. When companies take my money quickly but won't return it just as quickly. I placed an order on 3/14/21. A couple days later, I was emailed saying it would take approx 3 weeks to ship. I immediately responded that I had zero problem with that. Then fast forward a couple days, I received an email saying they had to cancel my order. Today is 3/28/21, and I have NOT received my money back! I can't get anyone to respond. Do not use them!

I work for a local body shop in Pueblo, CO. I ordered a grill guard for a repair. See attached photos of proof of purchase. We received the grill guard, however it was incorrect, wrong style. At the end of grill guard I ordered one with 3 bars at end. I received one with 2 bars at end. See photos attached. I made several attempts to get this resolved. The bumper store states that they're return policy is simple. This is not the case. They will not respond to email or phone calls. When they do. They keep saying the manufacture states the grill guard is correct! As you can clearly see. It is not. They refuse to take back or even try to resolve issue. Be aware of this company. You can not get anyone on the phone... And a standard robot replies to emails.

WARNING! WARNING! Do not other anything from the Bumper Superstore! We have Been waiting for months waiting to receive one thing. Every time we called a keep lying to us telling us that they're sending it next week. And we could still received nothing! Do not buy from them!

Well I ordered a part from them waited a month and then I try to call on hold for 45 minutes then they closed and hung up. The first time then call back again for 45 minutes got someone this time he said he will call me back nope didn't still no part and now I am done with this store never again so be careful ordering if they don't have it you might not get it cause they don't follow up

I purchased a Fab Four's winch bumper for the front of my 08 Tundra thinking that it would be the best choice despite the high price tag. When I received the bumper I found that the way it mounted to the truck frame seemed much weaker than what I was expecting. When we tried to install the mounting brackets to the frame they didn't fit properly so we had to make some fish plates to take up the 1/4" gap. Then we noticed that the two outer edges of the bumper were not even with each other so it left one tip angled slightly up and the other tip angled slightly down. All in all it was disappointing especially for that kind of money.

They told me 2 weeks its been 3 weeks and still no bumper there shipping sucks the company said the 21st and they pasted it to some other company no tracking number no word know I would see it until after the new year this is bull$#*!

Ordered a bumper that was supposed to be free shipping, paid for the item, received a call days later saying it was going to cost me $150 to ship because it was coming from a warehouse in Texas. Bad business don't order from them.

I bought one of their own rear bumpers for my 2022 Tacoma, though it's a good looking unit, it's poorly manufactured, with stitch welds, versus fully welding all the pieces. The location on the trailer wire opening, is moved, and rotated 90 degrees, so my factory wiring wouldn't reach. I contacted their help line, and received nothing but double-talk. I was told they would get their engineering team on it, that was over 6 weeks ago. I finally found a plug-in extension on Amazon, and bought it. I also forgot to mention, that the bolts supplied with their CHINESE Bumper, was pure JUNK. I also had to spend an additional $25 buying suitable hardware. Will NEVER buy from them again! I just bought my front bumper, Winch and lights from 4WP!
