I ordered a bumper from Bumper superstore last May I have not received it and but a company called Daystar Products International charged my card $1812.38 for the bumper. It was supposed to be delivered in 5 to 6 weeks then mid august now no one is communicating with me. I have called multiple times, sent email, used their website contact form and no results. Order number 2306036 for a Frontier Gear 300-30-7008 Front Bumper for GMC Sierra 1500 2007-2013. My next call will be to the Arizona Attorney General's Office.
For a bumper highly expensive you'll expect quality work specially from bodyguard. Didn't notice all the dents until the primer was lay. Welds not properly grind.
It's been well over a week since I received the wrong bumper and I still haven't heard back from the returns department about getting it straightened out despite my multiple emails.

Almost 3 weeks after I ordered my bumper my wife called and emailed them to finally find out the order was never received at the bumper manufacturer so it had not even started the shipping process
What a bad $#*! bumper! I had the auto body shop replace my OEM bumper with this one, and I could not be happier! Plus the kids love climbing on it like a jungle gym. Well made and rock solid.
I ordered a front bumper from here. The bumper came damaged and when I contacted them they offered me a $200 credit for $450 worth of damage. According to them I could use rust-oleum to "fix" the damage. When I decided to return the bumper because I'm not paying almost $2,000 for a damaged bumper. Returning it is proving to be an even bigger hassle. This is now the 4th time the truck has not come to pick up the bumper. I obviously have to be here in order to sign for it. I am now missing work to try to return this thing and somehow nobody knows when the truck can be here to get it. I just want this thing gone and to never to have to deal with this company again. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!
Order placed 5th November. Told item would ship 13th November. 19th November still no shipping status. 19th November requested refund. 24th November still no refund. Terrible Business. Terrible Customer Service. Bumper Superstore are thieves at best
They will take your order promise a delivery time than you hurray and wait because they do not return calls or answer there phone and you can't leave a message because the mailbox is always full STAY AWAY
This has truly been the worst experience I've ever had with any company. The employee's are BEYOND rude, and actually said to me "I couldn't care less" to me when asking where my lost bumper was. They sent us the wrong part, and then lost our actual bumper. Multiple employee's have hung up on us, avoided calls, and been VERY rude. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I was iffy about my husband using this site from the beginning but we decided to give it a try. We eventually received the part ordered after having to reach out to get shipping and tracking information as it was never given. The item was a fender KIT and included only the 4 fenders. That's it, no bolts screws other equipment nothing. Then the parts did not work and I put in for a return less than the 30 day window. They initially reached back out then I had to wait weeks to get the return information and had to reach out to them again to get it. They must have scheduled a company to come pick up the parts in the mean time without sending me paperwork which I had to turn away as I wasn't giving up the item without a paper trail. After finally getting the paperwork sent about a month after it was said to be it was picked up 4 weeks ago and STILL no refund or verification email nothing. I emailed returns almost 2 weeks ago, no response. Called yesterday and was given the run around and told I would be emailed regarding the matter after the "new hire" got the information from finance, didn't happen. So now I will warn everyone not to use this company and take further action to get our money and hope they improve their customer service. Good luck if you're brave enough to use this website.
I bought the Smittybilt M1 rar bumper that came with cube lights with wrong too short harness for my truck. They want me to pay extra for correct harness! Terrible service.
TOOK OVER A MONTH ALMOST 2 ACTUALLY WITH NO SHIPPING UPDATES, WE CALLED TO CANCEL AND THEY SENT THE BUMPER ANYWAY. WEVE ALREADY DISPUTED THE CHARGE WITH OUT BANK PRIOR TOO RECEIOVING ITEM. SO I SUGGEST THEY PICK IT UP. WE CALLED SEVERAL TIME TRYING TO GET UPDATES NO ONE EVER CALLED BACK

It's been 6 weeks when I call I can never get thru no matter what prompt I hit I have emailed atleast ten times never one response! This place is a scam and clearly I'm out of almost 1000 dollars, I'm contacting a lawyer and the BBB!
I ordered a DV8 Hardtop for my daughter's Jeep on February 20,2022. For the next 12 months i received updates stating there was manufacturing delays and no delivery timeframe. By June of 2023 we gave up hope and asked for a refund. They were polite and stated it would take up to 10 days to credit our account. Week after week we checked back in to see where our credit was. By August a service rep notified us that they needed to issue a check and that the company just updated their accounting systems and they could not tell us when it would be returned. By September we received a note that a supervisor thought they would issue a check on September 28th and to keep are fingers crossed (are you joking). It is now mid October, no check, same excuses from retailer and now we have turned to an attorney and the better business bureau to seek a remedy. I wish no one ill will and take no pleasure in writing this. However, I do not want any others to have the experience with this Company. Buyer beware!

I called and ordered a bumper. I was told that it was in stock which it was not. I waited several weeks and did not hear anything. I followed up with several phone calls and then got a notice by email that the bumper I had ordered was on back order and would be several more weeks before I would receive it. I was asked if I wanted to cancel it and re-order another one. I said yes they said I would have to request a refund on the first one and still pay for the second one which I did not have a problem with at the time, I received the new bumper within several days top quality no issues love the merchandise I then proceeded to follow up with customer service for my refund on the first bumper ordered and still have not received an email saying that it was refunded and customer service told me it is 5 to 10 days before the refund happened question is it took two minutes to take my money but 10 days to get it back that is not customer service very dissatisfied will never buy again from this company although the bumper I received is nicely done

Ordered a Scorpion bumper (P*******) and winch for my 2022 Chevy Colorado - they said emphatically that the bumper would fit (as I emphatically ask them if it would?). When I got it (a month after ordering) I finally got to try and install - it would not fit without modification to existing grill/bumper and a 3' gap would have resulted on either side of it. I called and tried to return and they said I had to pay return shipping and 20% restock fee (on top of an additional $250 shipping fee to get it to me in the first place). I have not had this kind of issue with a return for years - I'd be paying the cost of the bumper to return and still be out a bumper - makes no sense and returns manager had no response to that - wanted to know if I had record of my conversation and a name or person I spoke to (I of course did not as I figured I was dealing with a reputable company and she said everyone says that - nice!). Horrible way to do business. I just want them to pay return shipping (for the bumper - the winch is fine) and the cost of the bumper - that doesn't seem so unreasonable to me for something they assured me would fit? Good luck dealing with these people if your order is wrong!

After 8 days I have yet to receive a cogent response from anyone about the status of my order. The frustration is not worth it. I'm about ready to cancel the order through my cc company.
Ordered products months ago still didn't receive somethings and everytime I call i stay on hold forever. Called today was on hold for hour and 30 minutes. It's ridiculous.
Ordered on a monday was promised it would be here on thursday or Friday. I called the number provided in the email and they told me the "tried" to contact me to "verify" my address when I already provided them with my email, phone number, and address so since I didn't "answer" they didn't ship it. Now I was promised it would be here the following monday (WHICH IS A HOLIDAY). They basically told me sorry were can't do anything about it. Now all I'm doing is waiting, I'm hoping it won't be damaged or the wrong one. I will update when I get my bumper... HOPEFULLY. The lady named CJ is rude and basically brushed me off when I FIRST called inquiring about a bumper, talked to Jeff supposedly the MNGR and Cody. They supposedly know the mngr of the shipping company "personally" and was gonna see what they can do. Very stressful and horrible service... NEVER ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN!
I purchased a lift for my 2017 Subaru on June 20 by June 22 they had charged my credit card an it was put on the ready to ship, in the email said the item would ship in 1 or 2 days by July 1 it was still in the ready to ship section so I just decided to cancel my order and now I have this weird feeling that it's going to take forever to get my money back.
It's been over a month that I have been trying to return the wrong bumper. No one answers the phones or returns calls. Will hardly respond to an email. I guess I'm stuck with the wrong bumper
