I ordered a bumper from Bumper superstore last May I have not received it and but a company called Daystar Products International charged my card $1812.38 for the bumper. It was supposed to be delivered in 5 to 6 weeks then mid august now no one is communicating with me. I have called multiple times, sent email, used their website contact form and no results. Order number 2306036 for a Frontier Gear 300-30-7008 Front Bumper for GMC Sierra 1500 2007-2013. My next call will be to the Arizona Attorney General's Office.
I received a DV8 front bumper from them and it was packaged insanely good. No scratches and all the parts are there. Would definitely order from them again!
I ordered the cowboy front and rear bumper. The ordering process and picking it up from the manufacturer was fairly smooth. However, that is where everything acceptable came to a skreeching halt! The front bumper was missing hardware so, I emailed customer service and they sent one response asking if I picked the items up from the manufacturer. I replied yes, and asked if I needed to contact them or if Bumper Superstore would handle the issue with the missing items. No response. I sent numerous emails, attempted to call (what a joke), sent several more emails and never heard a peep. At week 3, the front bumper began rusting due to obvious issues with the powder coating. I again started the process of emailing and attempting to call. Of course, not a peep. I finally reached out to the manufacturer who viewed the photos of the rust and agreed to replace the bumper.
At this point I received an email from Bumper Superstore saying they would contact the manufacturer regarding the defective bumper. Three weeks after initiating contact with them, they finally respond. My assumption is the manufacturer contacted Bumper Superstore, the reseller, and had a discussion with them. Who knows for sure. All this to say, if you expect any form of decent customer service and support I would highly suggest you look elsewhere.
Worst experience ever in purchasing something. I spent about $3500 on a bumper, Lights and a winch. When purchasing I was informed that the only items that would take 4-6 weeks before they shipped were the lights. I placed my order on Mar 14 2021 and I still have yet to receive. My purchase was sent to Colorado when I live in the PNW. Item only needed to come up the west coast. Instead I get a call from the shipping company trying to deliver to me in Colorado and I live in WA. Spoke with someone at the bumper store and they wanted to verify my address. They had my address correct but sent it to Colorado for whatever reason. I was patient, waited as this person told me they would look into it, correct it and get back to me about it. I waited over a week. Tried calling several times after that week, got nowhere. Decided to Email customer service. Let them know I was very disappointed with the company's service and regretted purchasing from them. They responded by saying they will look into it. I waited a day and emailed them back. Their response was "I told you yesterday I am working on it". That really aggrevated me. That was April 9. Now I just waited 5 days from then and still haven't even been given the time of day or a response. So here I am giving my review. If you do not want to feel like you wasted your money, treated like garbage and would like to actually receive your purchase DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!
I was looking for a ARB bumper to fit my 4Runner and I checked out bumper super store and they had a great selection, so I decided to buy one from them. I was worried it might take forever to come Due to covid 19 but I called back a couple of days later to get a ETA on it and Jeff answers and was the best person that you can get to work for you! I would definitely hire him he took care of me like so well I will tell everyone I know buy from his company it's customer service like that, That makes customers return for life thankyou Jeff. After their website showed the Ranch Hand FBF051BLR IN STOCK, I made several attempts to call to verify that it was in fact in stock (for an insurance repair). After being on hold FOR OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF FOR EACH PHONE CALL TO BOTH SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE, AS WELL AS EMAILS THAT WERE NOT REPLIED TO, I decided to purchase the bumper because their website showed to be in stock. After purchasing, they called to inform that it wasn't in stock and would take approximately 8 weeks to fulfill. How about answering the phone or replying to emails in the first place to prevent angry customers? I'm definitely going to share this terrible experience

One of the worst experiences ever. They are NOT honest, bottom line, they shipped AFTER I cancelled the order then tried to charge me huge fee for return shipping and restocking fee. Referred to Better Business Bureau, PayPal and my bank (credit card charge) for resolution. Bank investigated and cancelled the charges. The seller made a fake offer through the BBB and never went through with it. Sent all the emails and info to the bank and they saw what was going on and cancelled all the charges. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH BUMPERSUPERSTORE, they have a long history of screwing customers. Check their online reviews and BBB complaints, DON'T believe the good reviews on their website, read the real ones elsewhere.

Ordering the tent from another seller that is reputable and has good review record and that I've done business with before, just slightly high price but worth it to do business with someone honest.
Tried several times to get an update on a backordered item with no prevail. Would like to just get my money back but probably won't get to anyone to do that.
I've called several times and emailed several times. I just had a couple questions about a product. I'll never buy from these guys. I called KT PREFORMANCE and they answered on the second ring. I ordered from K T PREFORMANCE INSTEAD. Excellent service from KT PREFORMANCE.

I ordered a$2,000 Ranchhand bumper through Bumper Superstore what a complete Joke 2-21-21 is the date they took my money yet still no bumper and they don't take phone calls
Well that's obvious why they don't take phone calls as they are a rip off organization
Ordered a bumper. With the lights ( shop separately) got the bumper no lights
No one answers the phone voicemail is full
Emailed them multiple times no response
Ordered a Andersen hitch, was told i would receive shipping information 1-2 days after recipt confirmation. 2 days pass no shipping information, called, waited on hold for 2 hrs, was told they were running behind a little bit, that the hitch was in stock and will be shipping soon. Waited 7 more days, no shipping information, contacted customer service... again to cancel order, was told they cannot cancel order because the order already shipped and is on its way. I asked for shipping information, they could not provide me with a tracking number, asked for shipping information 24hrs later, was told Andersen did not supply them with shipping information (even though I was told over a week ago that they had these in stock). 9th day, finally get shipping information, and loan behold, the product didn't ship until the day I received the shipping information.
Basically if you want poor and slow shipping, be lied to and the process dragged out over a week, then please order from this company!

I ordered a BODY ARMOR TR-******* HILINE SERIES FRONT BUMPER TOYOTA 4RUNNER 2016-2020 and I received the same part #, but says 2015-2019 Toyota 4Runner Hiline Front Winch Bumper. The part won't fit the truck per the body shop and I have requested to return so I can receive a refund. Disappointing as I have to now order a new part. Hopefully they don't stick me with shipping since they sent the wrong part!

I'm pleased with shopping here, but I was hoping for even a small discount code on such a large amount. When I called, I was not offered one. However, the price was still better than others, so I went ahead with my purchase nevertheless.
UPDATE: got the part after much confusion with shipping. I understand that stuff happens and things don't always go as planned, but it seemed I did all the chasing with this issue and got very little information from store nor shipper unless I called about it. They were all very courteous, tho, and helpful at that point. The bumper itself is gorgeous and finally arrived unscathed!.even tho we had to pick it up from final shipper rather than wait an extra week them to deliver to our home! So, product and price are worth it, if you can handle some possible delays.

Box of LED lights came shipped without any additional packing. Box was torn and mangled. Lights appear to be OK but have not hooked them up so not sure if they will work. Would advise better packaging than slapping a shipping label on the product and sending it.
