I can't speak highly enough of the exceptional service I received from this website. Every interaction, from navigating their user interface to completing my purchase, was marked by a level of convenience that's truly praiseworthy.
I ordered a bumper from Bumper superstore last May I have not received it and but a company called Daystar Products International charged my card $1812.38 for the bumper. It was supposed to be delivered in 5 to 6 weeks then mid august now no one is communicating with me. I have called multiple times, sent email, used their website contact form and no results. Order number 2306036 for a Frontier Gear 300-30-7008 Front Bumper for GMC Sierra 1500 2007-2013. My next call will be to the Arizona Attorney General's Office.
I have not installed yet. Everything appears to be in the boxes. I am just waiting for warmer weather. No problems with shipping or delivery. Great communication from the delivery company.

My toyota is in the body shop getting painted. So i have not had the opportunity to install the bumper. But it appears to be made with the highest quality of materials and looks fantastic
Replacing OEM bumper on rear, depending how satisfied I am with bumper may order front bumper in future to match. Have not had a chance to install the bumper yet but looks good so far.
So far ordering was easy, I'm sure everything else will go just as well.
I Received my order one day before expected date and with a phone call from the trucking company to set up a delivery time, everything was packaged up well and everything ordered was what I was looking for in quality, THANK YOU for the great service!

Ordered a front bumper replacement and it was delivered in 2 days! Customer service was super helpful and friendly. Prices are super cheap. Would 100% recommend buying from here them.
Matt and Jeff are wonderful. I received my Ranch Hand Brush Guard in a couple of days verses several weeks delivery time quoted by other vendors and it was at less cost!
Haven't got around to putting the bumper on quite yet, will be going on in a day or two. Bumper came in with no blemishes at all! Extremely satisfied with my purchase so far!
Their own tracking system is weak. It was here and they didn't update or anything. Probably need to pay one more pereson over there, unless it raises prices then oh well.

Was good but when I hit submit on order discount code ranch5 disappeared. One of the tow hooks was not square. Witch made a pole mount crooked that need to be put on
Good price on this Ranch Bumper and no shipping cost is even better. Hope it fits, tired of hitting deer. My truck is a 2005 2wd 3/4 ton diesel. Thanks
Can't wait to use the cargo carrier. Easy to assemble ( I'm a 64 yr old woman), although they didn't send the directions for the towable option, but I found it on line. Well made and heavy duty.

It was great shipping was fast, good prices only problem is item was scratched and damaged on one side im assuming due to transport, but over all great experience.

Product arrived fast and overall pretty good, just wish it was wrapped a little better as there was few scratches/scuffs but other then that bumper was awesome.
