Only issue was no instructions but being that there is only one way for a bumper to go on just gotta use common sense and there were a bunch of little attachments that had no explanation

Bumper shipped fast and arrived in perfect condition. I was very pleased with product and the service.

Well I'm sure the spacers are great but I can't install them. The stud extension isn't compatible with the bolt existing on my truck. So now I gotta find new stud extensions.

Never received delivery confirmation. I emailed to ask and never got a response. The truck driver called as he was at the location to deliver. We had no idea it was coming.

There were some places on the front of the bumper that had some damage where the packaging rubbed threw I was able to touch these places up with some flat black paint and they are hard to notice now.

Nice bumper, took me longer to get the old one off than to put the new one on. I did notice tabs on the top. Are these to mount a light bar? If so do you guys sell them?

I had to reduce the ratings. Really don't feel it's a direct reflection on you. As I looked around after the bumper have been installed, I found the exact same package for over $100 less. My other disappointment was when I called the 800 number on the installation instructions I did not get satisfactory answers. To me it seems, people at Smittybilt have never installed this bumper on an FJ Cruiser. I have found a much neater and Visually pleasing method to finish out the inside Tire wheel-well liners. Also, the light kit that is supplied is drastically different from the lights that are pictured in the installation instructions. I was also advised by your Tech reps that the lights cannot be adjusted after the bumper is installed. I see that as a direct result of bad design. Can you imagine, having to remove your bumper in order to adjust the aim of the lights. Again, it is obvious to me that the lights that were supplied are not the lights that were used to design the mountings. I was seriously considering buying the Smittybilt rear bumper for my FJ Cruiser. Based on the $100 that I lost by purchasing from you, I will either purchase from another vendor or Not buy one at all.

Excellent customer service! I was having a hard time finding the part I wanted to order online so I called customer service and they helped me out. Parts were delivered quickly.

It was good, UPS screwed up and order delivery was delayed due to be improperly sorted. Product was in good condition when it arrived, however, there were zero instructions for installation/wiring.

NICE HELP ON PHONE. BUMPER WAS JUST AS NICE AS EXPECTED, BUT FOR THE PRICE THE LICENSE PLATE LIGHTS WERE CHEEP BULBS AND NOT WATER PROOF. HAD TO ORDER SOME L.E.D. ON LINE FOR $5. SHOULD OF COME WITH THE BUMPER.

Quick and easy. It would help to know if products are in stock when the order is placed. However, I ordered on Friday and received the order on the following Monday! Super fast delivery!

I was called a few hours after I purchased my bumper to confirm delivery address and was told I would receive my number on Monday, bumper actually came in the same week I bought it. Great service.

The bumper arrived in a timely manner. However there was u scratch on the front of it looked like a fork went through the box and scratched it during shipping.

They were very helpful in figuring what I needed out. Aside from being told that the bumper came with pads. And there was a blemish in the coating. They were a good deal.

Great experience. My full replacement bumper fit great. Only thing was there was a few spots where the bumper was rubbed against something while being delivered and it ate through the powder coating.

As far as section and ordering process, BSS was great. We are a re-seller so we had to contact BSS for tax purposes, they got back to us within 24hrs and took care of our issue. Thanks

Webb site was good and large selection of items. Received the bumper within 5 days and was properly crated and in good condition. Would definitely buy from them again
