After speaking with customer service rep on phone to make sure this was what I needed it made it real easy to place order.

The body shop that received and installed the brush guard said there was a scatch mark on it but they fixed it...no problem...

Great product at a great price - VersaHaul bike carrier was $90 cheaper than the closest brick and mortar store - plus free shipping.

Nice selection, received bumper looks great. But doesnt look good on this truck. Sticks out away from front of truck to far.

BumperSuperstore was fine, but the product didn't fit my Jeep. I contacted the manufacturer and we are working on a solution.

Google had this as one of the first choices when I started searching for a stronger better bumper to replace the factory bumper.

It came quick and the customer service was great.
Had to do a little tweaking to get the holes to line up but overall very easy works perfect.

Please be sure this is not a duplicate order. I tried to order on my phone. I don't think it went through.

Bumper Superstore was just a 3rd party site, but I had great support from ICI as they called and confirmed order, answered any questions I had, and provide installation instructions.

They shipped my bumper quickly and it was well packaged and arrived in excellent condition.

The freight company, YRC, was not very quick though. They scheduled delivery to my house for Thursday between 10am and 3pm so I stayed home all day waiting for them to come. They never showed up and also would not answer the phone at the number they had given when they set up the delivery time. They didn't come Friday either and when I finally got ahold of someone at their national customer service phone number they told me they wouldn't be able to deliver it until Monday. Since I had to work on Monday I asked them to wait until Tuesday. Monday I got out of work early and called and asked if I could just drive to the warehouse where it was located (65 miles from my house) and pick it up. I spent the afternoon driving to pick it up so I wouldn't have to sit around at home for a third day waiting for delivery.

The Bumper Superstore shopping experience was good, but the freight company was not so good. Although the people at YRC's warehouse were very friendly and helpful when I picked up the bumper.

First time buying with you guys n also I got my order but I haven't open up the product but I'm gonna say everything should be ok

Just finished installing my new bumper today. It took a bit, but nothing that wasn't expected in installing an aftermarket item on a vehicle.
