When I asked about shipping, they thought my order had been canceled. They were very quick to ship it out when they seen it was not canceled.

The price was great, the delivery time was very quick but, there was damage to the bumper when it was recieved. Beyond that great company. :)

Quick shipping. Ranchhand bumper was scratched in several places due to Factory not packaging securely no fault of your company

Bumper holes didnt perfectly line up so I had to drill new ones but otherwise it looks great and easily the best price by far.

I couldn't track the bumper with any number emailed. I couldn't get ahold of customer service to ask any questions.

The only reason I said 3 on price is because I paid $500 for a fire pit LOL. It is super cool though and I definitely am happy I bought it.

Problems with shipper store chose. When I asked for help I was told to work it out on my own.

So far, so good. I still need to install it. Next day delivery, doesn't get any better than that.
