I ordered a bumper from Bumper superstore last May I have not received it and but a company called Daystar Products International charged my card $1812.38 for the bumper. It was supposed to be delivered in 5 to 6 weeks then mid august now no one is communicating with me. I have called multiple times, sent email, used their website contact form and no results. Order number 2306036 for a Frontier Gear 300-30-7008 Front Bumper for GMC Sierra 1500 2007-2013. My next call will be to the Arizona Attorney General's Office.
ZERO STARS! I purchased a rack for 2 dirt bikes and they sent 2 racks for a jazzy scooter which would sit 6 feet off the back of our truck! The images on line even show 2 dirt bikes made by versa haul. Even my credit card company can not get a hold of them! They are awful. AVOID ANY PURCHASES! It was no small purchase! What a waste.
Zero customer service. They dont answer their phone. They dont return emails. I will not use them ever again. I am calling my credit card company to get a refund for items they didnt ship or even answer my questions after ordering.
The delivery company that was used scratched and damaged my bumpers was told had to contact bumpers super store first have sent several emails and left voicemail past couple weeks and I am not able to get a response. For the amount of money I spent I did not asked for damaged product would never recommend
They cancelled my order because one of thier employees priced it wrong online. The price was the same as on Amazon, and the item was less than $40, so it could not have been more than a $10 mistake unless they way overprice thier items. So for $10 or so they cancelled my order, lost a customer forever, and got this one star review (only because zero was not an option). And 2 weeks later I still have not been refunded. Do not buy from Bumper Superstore.
I only came to this site because it said it could ship what I wanted in 1-2 days from purchase. Other sites had it out of stock and said would be in stock in weeks. So I bought from here where it said it was in stock and would shop in 48 hours or less. Here we are three weeks later and still hasn't shipped. Not only that I emailed them and they where short and rude. Not a offer for anything. I will never order here again.
Ordered a ranch hand for a 2012 F150 on Sept 23rd. Website stated it was in stock and ships in 2-4 business days. Great I thought. After several days went by received an email stating it was being processed. Knock along 7 weeks later and receive another email that the order is being processed. I looked on the website again and they are still advertising the bumper is in stock and ships in 2-4 business days. What a joke. I send a email asking customer service about my order and they stated it will probably ship late December.
They should really tell people if something is gonna take that long before you order it from them. It would take someone less time to edit there ship times than it took me to type this review.
Had I known it would be 3 and a half months to wait I could have definitely found it somewhere else in stock or that at least was up front about it. When ordering it
I ordered two products from this company (a bumper and a winch). They never had the bumper and the winch arrived broken. A month has passed and I still don't have my money, they don't answer the phone or return calls. Will file in small claims court to get my $3400. 00 bucks back. Run, RUN fromthese crooks!
I ordered a bumper from them on March 25 2021 and as of July 8th 2021 I canceled my order because they still haven't shipped the bumper. They have lost my business so make sure your bumper is in stock or you could wait 6 months to get your item.
When I ordered my bumper I was told by Chris (sales guy) that I would receive it in 7-10 days, that they did have it in stock. Its been 6 days and I haven't received a shipped notice so I call, the lady that answered was kind of rude and she told me that it was not shipping until like in two more weeks... I had the option of buying the bumper somewhere else, but since Chris told me that I would receive in 7 to 10 business days, I decided to order it here. Now I am starting to regret it... I am going to look for another option to buy it elsewhere and just cancel this order...
Very disappointed on my order. I ordered the body amor bumper with lights and didn't get my lights in until a month or so later. Never told me the lights were on back order until 2 weeks after getting the bumper. And when I were suggested a different set of lights they then said I can't get it so why suggest if they knew they weren't gonna send them to me? Never ordering here again. Communication was horrible
Order front Prerunner Bumper for my truck, shown in-stock, but not. Wrong part number was listed with Wrong picture of item. 6 weeks wait and received Wrong item. Will make excuses for not return and refund. I over paid for wrong bumper.

No response from any type of communication, through this site, personal email or phone. They are glade to take your money but no service or idea about your order. I'd younhave issues report to CO. Attorney General, FTC, BBB and their local county licensing office!
Ordered a front bumper. Before I placed the order I asked if the bumper was in stock, and was told that it was. Now last time I called customer service, I was told mid August. 12 weeks from the time I placed my order. Really feel that they tell you what you want to hear to make the sale.
I was ready to order an item that said free shipping. At checkout I was going to be charged $9.99 for shipping. After 2 phone calls and speaking to Kevin in sales and Tony the supervisor, this company refused to honor the free shipping that was plainly seen with the item. This is a deplorable way to run a business!
Spent thousands of dollars on a bumper and accessories only to get the wrong item, for the wrong vehicle and none of the accessories. Been waiting for over a week to get return information to have this corrected and getting nothing. Called at least a dozen times, voicemail boxes are full and sat on hold for hours. Very frustrating considering the amount of money I've spent. This won't happen again, I'll go somewhere else.
Must be modified for back up sensors. Must be modified for tailgate to open and close without rubbing. Also had to modify the OEM bumper brackets for fit. We had to grind the hitch to fit. This is defiantly not just a bolt on bumper. Called for tech support before any modifications! No additional info.
For a month I debated on buying a bumper, only once I placed the order did I come to find out the part was built to order and going to take 16wks maybe…. I worked at an AC distribution company, we shipped units weighing 500-800lbs by freight, I have never once had one cost over 200$ and it's sad the company makes money off sending you a product just to be sent to you. Haven't even gotten my order yet and I'm curious to see what other things they will mess up.

Called sales to purchase a frontier bumper for my 1 ton pickup. I was told bumper was in stock and I gave them payment. Called every week for 3 weeks for update on shipping. Kept being told bumper would be shippped and they still had them in stock. Week 4 customer service emails and tells me bumper is not in stock and cancels my order. Tried calling customer service but all calls lead to a full voicemail box. Won't be using bumper superstore in the future.
Its better to go direct, bumper superstore is a go between and there customer servise is disrespectful and uncaring. They told me turn around would be 2 weeks so gave them 3 weeks no communication and had to threaten dispute before they would reply and there reply was go ahead they will deny. In the end had to go direct with the manufacturer and the process took 6 weeks before i received? Y product.
While the sales people are very nice and try to be helpful when you finally get thru to them, you can never speak to a customer service rep. They don't answer phone, don't respond to voice mails if you get to leave one, and don't respond to emails. Good products but if you need help after the sale, fagettaboutit!
Well I was told 5 days ago I would have a tracking number by end of week. So now 11 days out. Its now end of week and no tracking number. I am not waiting 5-6 weeks like Ive read on some other reviews. I will be contacting my CC Company today and disputing and canceling my order. If you dont actually have the items in order then state so on your website. But if you are just a middle man and order from a third party then state so. Should have paid the extra 90 bucks and ordered from Extreme Terrain like I did my other items.
Now if I could figure out how to lower my rating.
Ordered a ARB for my 2005 nissan frontier. Item arrived just fine, my bumper came off just fine, brackets lined up and mounted perfectly to frame. The problem came when I tried to place the new bumper... nothing lined up. Now according to instructions and all I have to remove is my bumper, I should not have to modify my car at all. Guess what in order for things to mount up I have to cut my front upper bumper cover nearly in half to make this bumper work. Its like the brackets are mounted 2 inches to high. This has seriously been such a pain in the $#*!, and not worth it. Extremely disappointed.
This company will lie and scam you. They will claim an item is in stock and will ship the day of order. Several days later no order confirmation or shipping. Called to cancel was told it was canceled and would be a week to refund. No refund and they shipped the item a week after cancelation when item was ordered elsewhere. Will not refund payment despite 2 confirmations that order was canceled. They are also extremely hard to reach. This is not a reputable or honest company. Sales guy wasnt even in the same State.
Ordered Andersen 3621 EZ Block 2PK which was said to be "Free shipping". Order confirmation had line items for Subtotal ($49.98), Discounts ($0.00), Sales tax ($3.87), and Handling ($0.00), which sums up to $53.85. Grand total was $73.83! Say what?! Turns out They added $19.98 for "Shipping". Since when is shipping separate from handling? Since when is shipping cost sneaked into the charge? Oh, and when you call for customer service, you can't talk to a human because of COVID-19. What a crock! They are just using that as a cover for not having service agents on their payroll, I think. I won't be doing business with bumpersuperstore.com again, I can assure you.
