I ordered a bumper from Bumper superstore last May I have not received it and but a company called Daystar Products International charged my card $1812.38 for the bumper. It was supposed to be delivered in 5 to 6 weeks then mid august now no one is communicating with me. I have called multiple times, sent email, used their website contact form and no results. Order number 2306036 for a Frontier Gear 300-30-7008 Front Bumper for GMC Sierra 1500 2007-2013. My next call will be to the Arizona Attorney General's Office.

Ordered some expensive driving lights for an important build. Waited over a week, nothing showed up. Called once, was on hold for 23 minutes! They hung up on me. Called again. Same thing but I hung up after 5 minutes of being on hold. Called again later. Guy answered. Said something "wasn't right" about my order but that he would call me as soon as he could get his manager to figure it out. Also said that the lights hadnt even left yet. Next day, still no call. Got an email that said my order was cancelled and refunded my money. So i spent a week or more waiting, then over an hour of phone time for NO REASON AT ALL. Rude service, awful manners, awful compant to deal with. Never again.

This has gotta be the trashiest website I've ever dealt with. I placed my order and received no order confirmation or receipt (not even a freakin tracking number) waited 4 weeks and still NO PART. Went to the bank and had to file a fraud claim because this company is garbage.

Worst customer service ever couldn't tell me when my order would ship and then it just showed up and parts missing trying to get parts that are missing got hung up on and can't get anyone to answer call or call me back

Cant tell you how my parts are. I havent recirved them yet. My delivery has been pushed aside 6 times. NOT HAPPY. I hope product is worth it. It been 19 days since order was made. Store has not been very helpfull will not order from this company again.

I had a question about a product before purchasing, which they fully answered. I only had to call once. I received my order in just a few days, and wasn't charged a freight, as all other sites had. My Go Rhino *******b nerf bars were easy to install, are very sturdy, and look better than I imagined. I would definitely recommend them, and certainly Bumper Superstore.

Placed an order becouse the iten says will ship with 1 o 2 days, paid, received an email with a confirmation and a message that i will receive an email with tracking and ETA, shortly,
After 24 hours i called to check on it, a lady with a real bad attitude answer the phone to tell me that my order will take more than 2 weeks, (they have it in stock btw).
When i ask her why they mislead and dont say that on the website, she got more attitude. So I'd ask her to cancel my order and she told me that will take more than a week to cancel my order... so im stuck, decided to keep the order and wait, but i will never be buying from this company again.
Think about it. There are plenty of choices out there to be dealing with people with bad attitude and bad customer service.

Ordered a bumper that stated that it was for a 2017 when it was really for a 2016 truck. They didn't want to sell me a 2017 because they were out of stock and I would have had to wait 6 week (that was okay with me) but the salesman said they would just take the other bumper back and refund my money. I paid someone to install it so they had to take the stock bumper off then put it back on (cost me $80) Thanks for wasting my time and money. Definitely wouldn't recommend ordering from this company.

Ordered a bumper for my f250 in April and bumper superstore told me the manufacturer was 6 weeks out. Waited the 6 weeks then they told me they where possibly another 6 weeks out. Called the manufacturer and since April when I placed my order, they had been at the most 3 weeks out for the bumper I ordered and had no record of the bumper I order from bumper superstore. Now I'm trying to cancel my order but can't contact anyone and the customer service is terrible. Do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else.

I ordered an ARB deluxe bumper on Jan. 25. It said it was in stock. It is now may 19th and no bumper no communication from the bumper super store, unless I reach out to them. The answers are very short and with a no care attitude

It should not take 2 weeks to ship a item they have in stock, so they say it's in stock. I'm giving it 3 more days before I cancel my order, I think that's only fair, if I don't have a tracking number in 3 days, I contacted them 3 times and they keep saying it's 2 weeks out, when I do cancel, I can have it from summit racing in 2 days.

Bought this to haul a dirtbike ( Honda 250F). It was easy to install. I can easily load / unload my bike and it works like a charm! I'm a girl
And was worried this was going to be difficult and it's not. Everyone that sees how well it works is impressed! Super happy!

I ordered a Hammerhead front bumper on Nov 2020 that was finally delivered on April 2021. They put the blame on the manufacturer for the delay.
Furthermore, I attempt talking to technical support for an better explanation of the options I have for light bar and lights. The holding time exceded over an hour wait and I gave up multiple times.
I actually attempted to resolve the issue via email and was reply in a very condescended and unprofessional way.
I finally resolve to a more explicit email demanding a call back after ordering a rear bumper. I was actually called back a few minutes ago but the representative was even more condescending and limited herself to say "we understand your frustration and will do our best to deliver the rear bumper as soon as possible..."
Am I missing something? WTF happened to costumer service!

I ordered my ranch hand front bumber and my back bumber and receiver tube. In june i got my back bumber pretty quick received my receiver tube 11/2/21 but still waiting on my front bumber its been 5 month. Brittany was awesome and so was chris. Just wish the warehouses would communicate with the bumber super store. I would recommend them but i would be causious about the warehouse since they dont like to communicate.

I ordered from them back in January. They asked me to confirm my purchase & I did. I followed up with them three weeks later. They never place my order because they said I didn't confirm. So I had to showed them the email that I did confirm! So then Waited three more weeks & followed up on my order. They told me an additional four weeks. At this point I could've ordered directly from the manufacture that is four weeks out. SMH!

So I canceled my order. And asked for proof of refund. They sent a email saying order was canceled. It wasn't till today. 2 days later & no money back in my account. I called up & finally got Proof of a refund. Crazy thing is they never refunded me my money when I asked for it originally. What a bunch of trash people working there. Run away!

This place is a JOKE. I ordered a hitch on 1/30/21 the ordered should of been placed that day as per JAKE come to find out it was placed until 2/12/21 now it's sitting in a shipping warehouse 3.5 hours away from my house for 3+ weeks. No one calls back all you get are Voicemail from JAKE and bumper suckstore. And they won't let me go and pick it up. So I had to cancel my camping trip and my order. They had the BALLS to send me a email asking how I like my NEW HICTH. This place is a JOKE go somewhere else. By the way I had to give it 1 star just so I could leave a review. They had know problem changing my CC. Now that was fast. Boy how I would love to TALK to someone at bumper suckstore

Placed my order totaling $2,814.50, said FREE SHIPPING, paid and then I receive an email stating that I will charged an additional $385.00 in shipping fees. I called to speak with a CSR and she was the rudest person who didn't care if I canceled my order or not. Not gonna happen. I canceled my order and now I have to wait 3 weeks for my refund. This place is nothing but a ripoff.

I purchased an Iron Cross Bumper and tire carrier for a customers jeep, The parts arrived quickly, we scheduled the jeep in an when we attempted to install the bumper the wrong bracket were sent with the bumper, we ordered it for a JK and the brackets were for a JL. I called customer service and talked to Cody no call back or any follow up email, now my customer is mad at me so I guess we will fabricate brackets and move on. Its stinks we do a lot of this work and thought I found a new supplier, but no way!

DO NOT BUY A THING! I can not get a hold of anyone Very poor service. They sent the wrong rack completely and NO ONE calls you back and I need to dump this oversized rack that is worthless to me. So disappointed. Waste of a ton of money!

It took 8 weeks to receive my bumper and only after I complained and asked for a refund, ordered it raw so I could paint to match, took 15 hrs of cleaning up welds and grinder markes to be able to paint then to top it off i got a $145 bill from fedex for liftgate delivery! Had i been told the would be a charge i would have had it delivered to one of my 3 options with forklifts! Your customer service is the worst and I promise to NEVER purchase or recommend your company!

Purchased >$200 and still a shipping charge. Cheap site we will see what happens when I get the products. On pins a needles so far. Hope they come through.

The shipping company this place uses is a huge joke. Meyer distributors has had bumper sitting in Maryland for over a week and refuses to send it out! With a different story everything I call.
