Very easy on the purchase end. More protective packaging for pallet delivery. Foam on corners and contact points should be used to deliver a perfect product.my bumper has a few major scuff marks which I can photo and forward.

Not your fault, but ranch hand could send a couple more instructions with their bumper. It was pretty easy to figure everything out but for someone not as mechanically inclined as I am they may have had more trouble knowing what went where.

You guys are the best. Fast reliable service and the Summit front bumper was way over packed for shipping, a good thing, not one chip or scratch in the paint. I've already recommended you to 2 friends.

Ordering process was simple and quick.
I've had my Go Rhino cargo rack installed for about a month now and have found some rust residue on the bottom of the rack near the front and also where joints come together.
A little concerning but it has a warranty and hopefully it will be valid if it continues or makes paint crisp off.
When I installed my 3-in lights I found one mount was bent bit was easily fixed, doubt it happened on delivery because that package was well taken care of.

I called in my order and Matt was super helpful. Walked me right through the process and got me what I needed. Even went as far as to price match another competitor. A++++ all the way so far. It's actually being installed by a body shop as I'm writing this. I'll update bumper super store if there is any issues with it once I get it back from the shop..

Bumper looks good, mounted with no issues. Took more than 1-2 days for shipping. I think all I needed to do is set up an appointment. I just drove 2 hours and picked it up my self once I figured out where it was located.

All I can say is WOW! Great product (Iron Cross Push Bar Bumper). It was easy to navigate and good detailed information of the products. Shipping was truly amazing. I ordered my bumper at 4:30 pm and it was delivered the next morning around 10:00 AM. A product that's over 150 lbs. in 18 hours is very impressive turnaround time.

Website could be a little more user friendly as far as delegating front or rear bumper when searching for my specific truck but I did navigate and find what I was looking for at the best price on the net

Good price and easy shopping and the item arrived speedily. However the outer box was torn almost in half. The contents were not damaged. The instructions were not good. Rather incomplete and not enough pictures. Also the paperwork included did not list a GMC 2500 HD as being one the part fit. I figured out it would fit, and with my tow hooks, but the brackets allowed the unit to sag... badly. This request me to drill holes and make adjustments. The brackets could have been designed better. I do like how the look and function

Placed my order on February 27 still have not received it will not answer my email or phone call. I am going the better business bureau involved now

Product was shipped in a timely fashion, materials were of good quality. A lot of "engineering" was required to mount the winch and bumper; it appears that no changes in the bumper were made to fit the current body style. Despite meticulous packaging, there was some damage to the bumper finish, which I can only assume happened prior to the packaging. Overall a pretty lukewarm experience, which is too bad because it could have been truly great with just a little more effort. Side note: I was led to expect a free tow strap as part of the package. That did not happen.

In stock.!happy with purchase, installation degree of difficulty.,, very difficult, ask for color email instructions...the 'bolt brackets ' installation should have more explanation on how to install.you need at least 2 people on this installation

Didn't have a problem other than it was poorly wrapped, look like someone took some shrink wrap and card board and threw it on there, half of it was off but still attached. Bumper had quite a few scratches, one where it got into the metal pretty deep.

Local freight company mixed up my delivery. So I received my bumper on a Monday instead of the scheduled Friday.not that big of a deal. Happy with my ranch hand "legend" except for two minor factory defects. Other than that everything went smoothly.

I ordered the Rock Crawler side guards with the intent of installing them after a few other things I ordered from other stores could be installed. They arrived faster then expected beating the other items that had been ordered weeks earlier and they were well packaged. Just what I needed at a great price and delivered almost overnight. I will keep checking back for additional products for my projects.

This particular product doesn't really fit my vehicle and modifications had to be done. Plus package had arrived damaged and even the distributor took pictures. The instructions were meant for someone who has knowledge of putting it in and was not very helpful also no videos for this particular model.

I buy a bumper from this place online on April 8th and two days later they contact me and tell me that they don't have the bumper and it will take a month before they can send it to me, I said ok then after a month I try to contact them by phone and never answered my calls so I sent them an email the 12th of May and they replied to me and said that it's going to be next the beginning of next month before they can send it, so I replied back asking for the cancelation of my order and today is May 25th and still not answer.

Attempted to order twice earlier in the day. Shipping information error. Site appears to be working correctly at this time. Was able to place order a few hours later. Went thru just fine. Correct part was shipped. Order processed promptly. Thank you

Old winch has never worked since day one. New winch the box it came in was all busted up and looks like it's been through 3 tornados and a hurricane before it got to me. I'm just hoping it will work after looking at the box.

Good fast service on a quality product. The rubber used for my item is NOT what you'll get from China, which degrades in a year. Matches OEM, at a fraction of the cost. Glad I found a good source. I'll be back.

I mistakenly ordered it twice when an error code showed up on my first order. I was contacted to confirm the double order, thought that was good customer service. Though I'm very happy with the product, I'm disappointed the hitch pin is not included. I believe that's short sighted..

Easy to order. Great selection of products. My only complaint is the accessories we're delivered at a different date and so the installer had to wait an extra day. But overall I'm very happy with my order. And I'll definitely order more from bumper superstore.

Packaged nicely. A few loose small screws in the box. They were for the cover plates on either side. They could have been easily lost but I managed to find all of them. They would be better off packaged with all of the screws. The install went way easier than I expected. It's a great looking bumper. I also like the included LED license plate mounts.
