We have used Buster Fetcher for over 1 year now, and the have been consistently accurate and low maintenance. I am happy to pay them their fair fee to take on the hassle of manual claims with Canada Post. It's truly a win-win app.

To be honest the whole process from start to finish surprised me. I didn't even know who or what Buster Fetcher was until Clayton cold called me, which normally I do not respond well to.
Clayton was so personable and presented a very precise easy to understand application that hit all the right marks for a business such as Stokes.
It was a real pleasure dealing with Clayton who said what he was going to do and made things happen.

I operate a project under a not-for-profit umbrella and raise all my own funds to ship art supplies to remote Indigenous schools. With shipping being as expensive as it is, finding Buster Fetcher was a windfall for me. It was as easy as they said it would be - seamless actually. I knew I needed to be checking my packages for late arrivals. As a small business owner, I did not have time to check my packages and follow up on delivery. A friend of mine uses Buster Fetchers in her own business and convinced me to look into it. I signed up and was shocked at how much money they found for me! I was referred to Buster Fetcher a few weeks ago, but was skeptical about trying it out. After finally registering, I am extremely glad I did. Setup was super simple, and within minutes, the system was identifying claims to be made with the carrier.
I then had a welcome call with Clayton, who was most impressive. He took the time to explain me the product, walk me through the dashboard and was extremely patient with questions. His recommendations on how I can further use BF to help reduce my shipping costs were most appreciated.
To anyone who is unsure (as I was), don't be. Just try it for free as there is absolutely no downside. No refunds, no cost to you. You won't be disappointed.

I've already saved money by switching to Buster Fetcher! The customer service has also been far superior than what I experienced with their competitor. On an onboarding call, customer support noticed that I had been paying a 2$ surcharge on certain shipments, and provided me with the data to look into it more. Thanks to this information, I'll be saving around 800$ a year. Very satisfied with my experience so far!

Our company started using Buster Fetcher almost two years ago. We have received considerable refunds each month since inception.
The best part is that we don't have to do anything after the initial setup. Their invoicing is simple, and the cost is not even an outlay because they are receiving their payment from money you wouldn't have had in the first place.

The "shipments" page provides me all the info I need at a glance. I appreciate it even for my shipments that are not guaranteed. The claims are triggered automatically. The customer service is quick, and always goes above and beyond my expectations. BF is a no-brainer for us.

We were losing potential returns each month on delayed shipments, with Buster-Fetcher's help we are getting some of that money back, money that we wouldn't be getting otherwise. And their service is incredible, I had a concern about an item I was billed for that didn't need to be billed, and their support team didn't just reply with a short email but actually sent me a video recording explaining in depth how and why I was charged.
