Ordered a new turbo and was sent a used, damaged part. Called them and took 3 days to finally get ahold of someone at which point they told me that they didnt have another one. Sent back the part and waited 2 weeks still no refund. Called them and they say UPS lost it. Been over a month and still no refund.

Three turbo chargers in less then 20k miles on my truck all have the same failure. Seal leaking and consuming oil...
First one replaced on 9-10-18 second one replaced on 11-2-18
Third one failed on 4-30-19 and all three had the same issue. My truck has not had 20k miles on it since the first one was replaced. These are suppose to last a few 100k miles. Not every two to five months. Lets not forget every time one fails I have to pay a technician to replace it. The experience I've had so far has been very expensive.
BuyAuotParts has poor customer service and could care less about future sales yet keep what customer they have. I would not recommend this to any of my truck drivers that need parts for their trucks.
Good luck trying to get a manager or supervisors help in this situation.

525i bmw. Transmission used 2650$ supposedly 50k miles! Came in w/ rusted torque converter! After running it started leaking oil! Returning trans for refund! It's taking way too long! This co what's the payment right away! I'm still waiting! 2 1/2 months! They keep putting you off!

Bought a steering box for a 1999 durango, part came fast but was not a brand new part as advertised. This was a remanufactured part. You could tell from the poor paint job that was done to it, next complaint was that the box was loose and had to be adjusted after install. New boxes never need to be adjusted out of the box, other thN those 2 faults the box works great
I had to replace AC compressor on 12 Jaguar JXL due to the pressure solenoid failure, R&R was very brief surprisingly for my first Jaguar AC but took me less than three hours including charging system and I'm Toyota Master! Always buying my compressors from BAP website and always happy with the choice and price.
I spoke with a great person at your company her name was Catherine I had a question about a condenser and a receiver dryer in the beginning she was kind of confused at what information I needed but once she figured out the information I needed she took the time to research it and assure me that it was correct information she is a rockstar and my book many people do not want to take the time to double check specifications but she's not this one out of the park she needs a raise at least a pat on the back and a good job done

I have been on the phone with this company on several occasions and each time I get the song and dance that we are training new people or he was new. I was even told that I would receive an email in regards to my product tracking number that night. NOPE no tracking number called back the next day to be told that my part was lost. I live in Arizona and it is WAY TOO HOT to be without AC in my vehicle to be given the run around continuously. I called today and was told that the person who supposedly processed my refund two weeks ago just submitted it this morning and it would take possibly one to three business days. This has completely unacceptable customer service and no one seems to know what they are doing. I was even told that once a vendor they use is to drop $#*! a part to you they can not cancel it and request a separate vendor to send the same part out. Apparently they need a system upgrade along with better trained staff. I have been waiting over two weeks for a refund for a AC compressor that cost me $300.00. I ordered a left turbo for a 2016 SHO and received an incorrect part,, ok it happens but after 3 hours on the the phone and being hung up on rudely I actually got some one who was willing to help, after finding out it was a catalog era I re-ordered the the part based on what I thought was a informational conversation and paid again,,, received the very same wrong part,,, of course you cant get the last person you talked with so round and round for 2 more hours. 2 weeks later I am still waiting for second half of 1800. 00 dollars spent and bought the turbo someplace else where they new what they were doing,,,, they have poor sales knowledge, poor customer service,, AND THEY DO NOT CARE.

I ordered a compressor for my car and paid for the 2 day shipping. Their website stated it was in stock and had a picture accompanying that showed the correct part, but when it arrived it was for the next generation vehicle and was inapplicable with mine. Contacted customer service and ended up shipping it back the very same day, making sure to get tracking info so I would know when they received it. 2 days after I had confirmation it had been delivered I contacted customer service again, was told that in 2-4 business days I would see my refund and that an email was being sent to me stating the refund was processed. 7 business days later, still no sign of the email or my refund so I contacted customer service again; I was told the warehouse had overlooked the part and that the refund had been processed one day prior, and was actually sent an email confirming the processing of the refund. Upon reviewing the email while still having the representative on the phone, it showed the cost of the compressor being refunded but not the extra shipping cost I paid. When I asked the representative about this he stated that no company refunds that and that the shipping was correct. I asked to speak with another associate and was told he was the supervisor, that there was no one else I could speak to and that the refund would potentially take up to 10 days to process from this point on. Never in my life have I dealt with such incompetence, from their warehouse to the customer service, this is a company to stay away from. You're better off ordering from competitors, it's not worth the headache.
Part was a exact fit. No issues as of yet. But didn't receive the o rings for the power steering lines. I would think they should have come with the 2 small O rings.

We tried to buy a part and all the sudden I get a email on the weekend saying there's a problem processing it yet thing is as I called right after I mean yesterday I made the order to customer service and was told everything looks fine and that I should be getting my order in a short time because I wasn't that far you can about imagine my surprise Wanna get an email over the weekend stating my cancel and that if I gotta hold them within 5 days my order be fine. I ordered a replacement turbocharger for one of my project cars, which I document the progress on my YouTube channel. After doing a search, I found the Buyautoparts website and saw they had a turbo to fit my car. The price was good, in my opinion, as were the reviews. I decided to take a chance. I placed the order over the weekend. On Monday, I received an e-mail for their customer service asking to please call to verify the transaction. I called and the representative just wanted to call to confirm that I actually placed the order. It is good they are trying to prevent fraud. The order was confirmed via e-mail a while later. I selected FREE ground shipping when I ordered. I received the turbo a few days later, on Thursday. The box arrived sealed and intact except for one little tear on the side, probably due to shifting in transit. I had absolutely no problem with the ordering and shipping process. I cannot speak to the functionality of the turbo yet because I have yet to install it. I will update as appropriate.
