I was amazed with these guys. They made me an amazingly reasonable offer, provided shipping labels, and had a system allowing me to track as my items were inspected, etc. I received my check less than 2 weeks after I sent the items off. Excellent!
They've been holding my iphone for more than 2 weeks, i can't track my phone and i can't reach anyone from their company. I've traded phone in with other online company and usually i get paid within a week! What takes them so long? What made no one to respond my email & phone calls? I would call it scam till someone reply me! And if i don't hear them soon, i will take legal actions again your company!

Got a quote based on model # of a 4G smart phone and submitted request for kit to send in. It went thru and no acknowledgement. Upon contacting "customer service", I was told they couldn't find my order and to re-submit. Then I was told there were TWO orders. I was then sent TWO e-mails with TWO tracking #'s and again, contacted customer service and told to use whichever one I wanted. They got my phone, said it was "different" and gave me a "revised" quote. After days of arguing, I finally accepted their offer. Then 3 days later, I got an acknowledgement. 3 days after that, I had to contact and threaten to file a complaint if not paid. I got paid within hours of that... FINALLY.
I recently purchased an iPhone 11 Pro Max but did not want to use my iPhone XS max as a trade in because my wireless provider was not offering fair market value and capped the value at a much lesser amount than what BuyBackWorld was offering. The process was easy and user friendly. I was pleased with transaction. My item was accurately described to BuyBackWorld. They provided me with a quote based on my description. BBWorld sent me shipping material as they stated they would. I sent my item in. BBWorld acknowledged receipt of my item. Within a reasonable time, BBWorld paid me the full amount that they quoted at the outset. Easy and fair transaction.

Horrible experience. Should be zero stars. I was originally quoted $177 for my fully functional, no scratches or cracks iPhone XR 128gb device. They sent me an email saying the phone I sent them was an iPhone 6 and offered me only $10. I rejected that offer and they sent me that wrong phone (iPhone 6) back. After complaining and providing the IMEI number, they located the phone I sent them but changed the offer to $80 (because of a Defective Digitizer / touchscreen). There was nothing wrong with the phone when I sent it in. Touchscreen worked. I rejected that offer, returned the iPhone 6 they had claimed I sent them, and am waiting for my original phone to be returned. Shady business practices. I won't be doing business with them again and recommend you think twice before sending them your device.

The website states best repurchaser in the business and doesnt over inflate estimates. I sent in multiple phones and iPods. All of them worked by the way because I had charged them and turned them on prior to packaging. They quoted me over 100.00 and after having to wait and contact them after several weeks of no update they came back and gave me 16.00. The company is a scam with over inflated quotes and under payouts.

I had a problem receiving my funds that had nothing to do with BBW, and even though there was nothing they could do, they still contacted Venmo on my behalf at my request. I love it when a company works hard for their customers, and BBW never disappoints.
Well over a month ago I sent a tablet and a phone and no payment like the website said in a few days. After many many emails they finally passed it on to a supervisor and said the phone had a burnt image in the screen and a broken LCD when I sent it to them it didn't have a scratch on it so I had to wait over a month for them to offer me practically nothing and now I'm fighting to get my stuff back don't waste your time with them.

I was a little skeptical at first, but everything worked as they described. You're not getting a lot for your goods, but it's better than throwing them away.
So I sent in my Samsung S7, I got an email from them on Nov. 5th saying they opened my box. I havent heard anything so yesterday Nov. 13th I chated online someone told me they didnt have anymore info and sent a message to manager and I should have a update today. Well its nov. 14th at 4pm and still nothing. They have had my phone for 10 days and havent even sent me a check.

We sold our devices to BuyBackWorld. We gave them our Vemno account account. They claimed to send funds to Vemno and now the funds are sitting somewhere uncollected. We called Vemno no less than 3 times. Each time they comfirned BuyBackWorld did not attempt to send any funds to our Vemno business nor personal account. This is not how you are suppose to run a succcessful business. One that claims they have over 500 employees and no one answers the phone of three numbers we found on the net. Everytime we call, no one is available. This is not right and dead wrong.

Sent my iPhone on August 1st. Got a message on August 6th that my package received. And a message on August 7th that my package has been opened and inspected. As of today, SEPTEMBER 5th I have heard NOTHING. I contacted customer service a few times only to be told that the status will be updated in 2-3 business days. Those days go by and nothing updated. I should have read the reviews before I sold anything to this company. DO NOT SELL HERE. Terrible service and nothing is done on the turn-around times that they promise. I have cancelled my sell and requested that my item be returned back to me so we will see if that happens.

I sent in a ZTE Warp Elite Boost Moblie, in a perfect condition and I received an email saying that the phone's LCD screen had burns in it. When I sent it off it, there was absolutely nothing wrong with the LCD screen, there wasn't even a common scratch on the screen! I don't know what's going on, because it's horrid lie. At this point, I don't even care about the money I would have received, all I know is this company has permanently lost my service and respect. I would have never sent my device off to you if I would've known. I read reviews and this is a frequent occurrence. This shouldn't be happening to me nor anyone else!

Be sure to read the website before you send your items in... I sent in something that was in fairly good shape got a revised amount that was decent... accepted their offer, but before I accepted their offer... I received an email stating that the turnaround for my inspection would be 10-15 days... Ummmm no. Your website says two days and that is when $70 was slashed off of my initial offer after I sent the email inquiring about my merchandise. Now I am waiting for payment... I chose the PayPal option because it was quicker. All you need is a persons email address or their PayPal ID in order for you to pay them using PayPal... Less than 10 seconds depending on how fast you type. So I do not know why it would take 2 days for the PayPal payment to go through when it is an instant transaction. I have emailed about payment and gotten no response. The chat link is always offline and no one ever answers the phone number. I got a pretty fast response on the first email... but nothing on the second one so far. If you need cash fast... you may want to explore other options.
