I ordered a vape kit on Black Friday. They didn't process & ship my order until Tuesday. 5 days later. Now I come to find out I'm not even gonna getting it by Christmas. I clicked on the tracking info & it say it should be here in 30+ days. How is it even possible to take that long? If there was some kind of inkling beforehand that it'd take that long I obviously wouldn't have ordered. I seen no other reviews about the sloth like shipping here so I thought I'd let people know. If you have your item shipped to America be prepared to wait FOREVER. The price is the only reason I gave 2 stars. I would've gladly payed the $10 more at the other site if I knew I wouldn't get it by Christmas.

I have to say that this is a trusted Chinese online store. The price is friendly. I ordered one eleaf kit and it is genuine. My friend sells e cigs in an offline shop and he would consider doing a business with this site.

They do not send the products I paid for. After waiting 3 months for my shipment that I never received they promised I would get a refund if I waited 2 more weeks I did. And then they only offer half the amount I paid. Saying since they lost money on the product and shipping that it was bad for both of us and would only offer half the amount... TOTAL B. S. Fraudulent I put in the order to months ago they gave me a fake tracking number they also gave PayPal three different fake tracking numbers tried to contact the company they said you'll have it in a week they said that three different times to this date still have never received product and was refunded by PayPal purchase at your own risk this is not a reputable company

Worse company just look at picturesi made a purchase on 3/23/2020 and now 7/2/2010 still no product state it's due to COVID I have submitted pictures to show my conversation so you see what I have gone threw 9 photos

Изпратих им телефон в гаранция на сервиз и не искат да ми го върнат от 2 месеца, след като ме мотаха много време и накрая им казах, че не искам да ми го оправят те. Помолих да говоря с мениджър или управител и момичето ми вика 'не' по телефона. Потресена съм, даже вече не знам дали ще си получа телефона обратно или ще си го пуснат в сайта да се преподава. Мизерници големи. Никога повече няма да поръчам от тях. Звучи добре Buy Best, ама хора помнете старата поговорка "евтиното излиза скъпо накрая". В момента нямам телефон.
