I purchased 3 extra large adidas Originals track pants from a vendor on Buyma.us website and seller sends me Asian size XL which is actually a U.S. Large as indicated in the sewn in size Tag on each of the 3 items.
That alone should have been enough to have Buyma Customer Service issue a return label but the multiple pictures showing that the seller sent the wrong item wasn't enough.
They wanted measurement to compare to the adidas website.
I not only measured the Asian Extra Large track pants but provided the pictures of a brand new adidas Originals size U.S. Large Track pants placed on top of the Asian Extra Large track pants and the U.S. waist line (when laid flat) was bigger than the Asian EXTRA Large by 1/4 inch.
This too should have been enough.
That email was sent on the 24th of April but Buyma sent me yet another request to measure the pants that I have already measured several times as well as provided pictures of and that is abusive and unacceptable!
I warned Buyma that in 48 I would be filing a chargeback with my bank if they didn't send a return label. 48 hours later they sent yet another request for measurements that I've already furnished?
FIFTEEN+ DAYS AND BUYMA FAILED TO PROTECT THE BUYER FOR ITEMS THE SELLER SHIPPED IN THE WRONG SIZE IS WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT WHEN BUYING ON BUYMA
NEVER AGAIN!
Tip for consumers:
Buyma failed to help me return items that were the wrong size. I provided pictures and still they did nothing but ask for more pictures for 15+ days.
